Mattress Central — Attraction in Fairmont

I had never purchased a new mattress before, only used. I attempted to research online and found all of the different brands and options extremely overwhelming. I decided that shopping in-person would be the best way to go. Our first stop was Mattress Central after a coworker recommended them. Tyler immediately made us feel comfortable with his laid back but professional personality. We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he led us around the store allowing us to try the many options. He was very knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion on the various brands without being pushy. After listening to us talk about our various needs he made a recommendation for a firm mattress with a latex topper, which is something we hadn’t even considered. His knowledge and understanding of mattresses and comfort was very impressive. We wanted to shop around to make sure we were making the best decision and after going to a couple other stores, and getting little or no help, we came back the next day and made the purchase. We are now sleeping in the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had. The entire process was easy and stress free, the opposite of what I had anticipated, thanks to Tyler. Purchased a S & F mattress at this store. Bar none, the best information, customer service, delivery efficiency, and overall value of any business we've visited in a very long time. To top that, the mattress, foundation, and adjustable base we purchased are amazing. Most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on and we could not possibly more satisfied with our purchase and experience. Recommend this store without reservation and plan to go back there for the mattresses we plan to purchase for our kids. Went yesterday to a few places to check out mattresses. The customer service here is 100%. Which is hard to find now a days. We dealt with Tyler yesterday. Today we went back got another set and dealt with another gentleman.(cant remember his name) Customer service was just as great. Yesterday I joked with the gentleman in the warehouse about helping to unload at my house. He jumped right in and said Ill help move the old and help unload the new. I was surprised that was offered.
