Editing AGAIN: a week or so ago I was overcharged for a clothing item. No one answered my Facebook message, so I took the time and stopped into the store to have them correct it. Went in tonight and bought a few things, just to realize when I got home that I was overcharged AGAIN. I enjoy shopping here because of the prices but this is getting a tad bit ridiculous! Editing to add: I really wish when they tag clothing, that it went through the seam instead of the item. Luckily it's something for my niece and she won't be able to wear it for long but even still. Also since my previous review I was rung out by the same cashier again, and same thing. She said hi and that was basically the end of our conversation. The chip on my card acts up occasionally and she sighed heavily when she realized she had to push a few more buttons on the screen since my card "declined." Wish I could say she just doesn't like me or something, but she seems to treat all customers the same! Normally no issues, but the older woman at the register last night was extremely rude to us and we're not sure why. She rang out my boyfriend and threw his stuff at him. I was rung out by a different person but even when I was leaving I tried saying hi and smiled at her and she gave me a nasty look. I've had her ring me out a few times previously and she acted the same way then too. Not sure why she has an attitude problem towards customers.

WOW!!😍😍 I just have to say, this place has the nicest staff! I stopped in today, and the young girl at the counter, Noel was an absolute sweetheart... You don’t see that kind of politeness in teenagers very often these days... She was handling a long line all by herself but she still made time to chat with me. I came back because I thought something was off on my receipt (turns out I just wasn’t reading it right...go figure, LOL! 😂). She was so kind and took the time to explain everything to me, even with another long line behind me. She didn’t rush me or make me feel silly at all.

The whole store was spotless and super well-organized, which I loved. Plus, knowing that everything supports a good cause? That’s just the cherry on top! Common threads just earned a new...

I went here yesterday and immediately when I walked in, the woman working glanced at me and looked away. She had this mean look on her face the entire time I was waking throughout the store. She had this callous energy pouring out of her and it made me feel very uncomfortable while I was browsing. I ended up buying a couple of things, and when I went to the counter to checkout she didn’t even say hi or have a nice day. There were no words exchanged. It made me feel like a bother and inconvenience to her. The prices were a little high too. I prioritize customer service over anything else, I feel like you’d keep more customers with your prices if the staff was friendly. I would not come back here...
