I want to begin by saying that I just moved to the Cleveland area and was worried about finding a great place to get my eyebrows done like the one I used to go to back home (I’m extremely picky 😅).

First of all, the customer service is wonderful. Hanin is very nice, professional, and accommodating. Hanin is consistent with her work and takes her time with every client; I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience. Her sister who also works there does a great job every time!

The atmosphere is not only beautiful, but very clean. I always feel relaxed and taken care of when getting my eyebrows done.

I went to Hanin Artistry because of her beautiful work she posted on instagram and her reviews. If you’re someone who has been thinking about getting microblading done, I highly recommend Hanin. She is professional, welcoming and has a beautiful clean salon. Hanin made me feel comfortable through the entire process- explaining each step and always made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. Had a great experience at DERMA GLOW MED SPA 🤗 !! The woman who did my eyebrows had soft hands , I have had my eyebrows threaded before but it was always really painful 😖 but when she threaded them she was gentle and it wasn’t painful ! It was so nice to know that she respected my opinion. She gave me her thoughts on how I should style and cut my eyebrows but she said at the end of the day they are your eyebrows so I will do them how ever you’d like. ( in the end I had her do them the way she thought was best which they really were )😊 she was very informative and answered all my question.
