Icacos Island is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone traveling to Puerto Rico. If you’re going to book with anyone, book with Snorkeling PR!! Our experience snorkeling here was nothing short of amazing! The water is crystal clear, with vibrant shades of blue and turquoise that make you feel like you’re in paradise. The boat ride to the island was smooth, and the views of the surrounding cays and coastline were breathtaking. Once we arrived, we were greeted by pristine white sandy beaches and shallow, warm waters with marine life. Snorkeling here was a dream – the coral reefs were alive with tons of colorful fish. The visibility underwater was excellent, making it easy to see everything clearly. The island itself is uninhabited, adding to its untouched beauty. We spent some time just relaxing on the beach, enjoying the serene environment. It felt like our own private slice of heaven. Our guides were super knowledgeable and very very friendly and fun, providing us with all the equipment we needed and offering tips to enhance our snorkeling experience. They also shared interesting facts about the island’s history and the surrounding ecosystem, which added depth to the trip. The slide on the boat was a hit with the kids and adults alike!! Overall, Snorkeling PR offers an unparalleled snorkeling experience. Whether you’re an experienced snorkeler or a beginner, this is an adventure you shouldn’t miss. I left feeling refreshed and with memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

this whole experience was so so amazing guys🥺 i dont remeber exactly their names. amanda, mari, jai, and rigo the doggo. the staff looks like they enjoy their job so much that I WANNA WORK THERE. everything is so organized and smooth. first it starts with FREE PARKING. then you go check in at a rooftop restaurant which is also so beautiful. i was in the wrong area at first and the staff from the mini boat helped me, literally stopped doing what he was doing to check on me. kevin was his name i believe. at the roof top you get checkin and get split on to separate boat because there is two boats. now you're one the boat you go almost to the island and snorkel which is so beautiful and the staff again is so so helpful with everything and even lil funny jokes. now you get back in the boat and eat and drink (alcoholic or not) the drinks were so good and they aren't stubborn with the alcohol. its all unlimited and super good and strong ;). now you go to this beautiful and THERES A SLIDE. the experience was just so amazing i really appreciate the staff for being amazing. ive been stressed on my vacation and it was so nice to have such nice people and just be stress free for once. i highly highly recommend this place, no regrets🥺 words cant explain how amazing it was JUST GOOOOOO HAVE FUN ITS SO WORTH IT I PROMISE

10/10 I cannot swim and was able to enjoy snorkeling and the beach. I went with a group of 8 people and we all enjoyed our experience. My family also agreed this excursion deserved a 5 star rating. We arrived early and checked in, while waiting on the second floor of the restaurant there are games and bar all family friendly. We definitely enjoyed playing pool and darts. I do recommend arriving early because it does get crowded fast as it gets closer to the scheduled time to leave. As a person who cannot swim however I enjoyed snorkeling, the staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and fun. We were swimming near a reef and between fishes. Going to Cayo Icacos the boat docks as close as possible to the shore. The boat we were on had a slide which is extremely fun, they provided small snacks, drinks and snorkeling gear. Big shout out to the staff and the captain who brought his lovely dog. Although I don’t remember the staff name below I provided photos (they’re in grey shirts)

We went on the Medusa, and I had the best experience! The staff are great, and 1 even offered to take pictures for us and knew about picture modes (Chris was his name!). They made my daughter feel safe and secure as she was scared to snorkel with a fear of deep ocean water and fish! Chris gave her the courage to jump off the boat and slide down the big slide! Ricardo was great also making mojitos and helping in any way he could ! I highly recommend using them if you are ever in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷! There were 2 other guys that were awesome as well. I didn't get their names, but we went on the 8am excursion on the 29th of September! This experience will be a great memory for me forever, and they asked about birthdays and sung happy birthday at the end to my daughter, who turned 21! If you do visit I would get a waterproof case for your phone because you will be able to capture the experience and get some beautiful photos!

The Icacos island boat tour with the friendly staff of the Kraken was a great time! The boat was clean and the staff were fun and helpful as well as knowledgeable. We saw many different kinds of fish on the reef and coral too. There was plenty of snorkel time and plenty of beach time! The food was good and the drinks were too. My only complaint was that we got seated in a spot where water kept pouring down on us from the roof. Everything in my bag on the floor got soaked even my wallet. We didn’t move because we thought that the water was just from rinsing the boat off and it would stop but it didn’t. It was still pouring down on the way back too. I recommend sitting either way up front inside or up on the second level or put your things in a waterproof bag. I would recommend this tour. It was a lot of fun and was worth it. The water is clear and calm for snorkeling in the reef. Thank you for this opportunity!

I'm so glad we selected this company for our excursion. The communication was excellent! We had no issues knowing were to go, what to bring or where, when to show, etc. Once we boarded our boat, Ellie, Amanda, and Andrew were our crew members on The Kracken. They were very attentive to everyone on board and fun to be around. I appreciated that they took the time to show beginners how to properly use the snorkeling equipment. Those that were more experienced however, did not have to wait for the less experienced to received their education before being allowed in the water. Once we were done snorkeling, we cruised to an island, tied down and has some free play time to include use of the waterslide on The Medusa. Finally, Captain Dan didn't interact too much with us, but got us to and from our destination safely so no complaints here! Thank you again for such a fun time.
