
Went to see Ready Player One. The service was super friendly, the theater itself is old-school cool, and the popcorn was acceptable. The actual theater itself needs a bit of work. The theater I was in had a weird smell throughout. The walls and movie screen need some touching up and repair. Despite that it was a good time overall. The theater is run by a non-profit group and I believe counts on donations to help keep it up, in this small town that is Fallon, Nevada. I hope that the theater gets the treatment it deserves because it is definitely a little gem (It will be 100 years old in 2020) and the people operating it seem to be putting in a decent effort. I took my family of 5 to see the Men In Black 4 on June 13. It cost me $20, and NO ONE ELSE showed up for opening night of that movie. We had the whole place to ourselves. During the movie, the staff had a popcorn waiting on the counter for us when we went to geta refill, and brought a refill of popcorn to us in our seats so we wouldn't miss any more of the movie.
