I lost my phone @ 6:20 pm . At 8:15 pm I returned to facility with tools to asssit with finding phone . When I arrived I asked for a copy of my receipt (I didn’t ask for one initially however now one was necessary so when I contact the corporate office there would be prof that I was there ) . After he printed my receipt I asked if it was possible for the music to be turn off or down so that I could atleast hear the ping. Billy explained to me that his general manager would never do it however he will and mostly due to it being the end of the night .I proceeded to the pit to continue my search . About 10 mins later I found my phone . During this search I tossed the foam blocks on the exterior of the pit so that I could make a hole to see where my phone was. The foam blocks also stifle sound so removing them from the pit increased my chances of finding my phone . I found my phone and proceeded to leave the facility . Prior to leaving I was having a conversation with a familiar face and was approached by Billy . Billy is standing directly in front of me and the exit . He asks “are you gonna put back the foam blocks? “ extremely frustrated with that question I calmly asked Billy “why would I help you if you never made a single effort to assist me “ billy then went on about how I would be forbidden from the facility. I’m extremely confused as to how I would be banned from a location where I lost my phone . He mentioned that now he had to pay employees to fix the area. My next words were “billy you have been paid I found my phone so I’m really confused as to why you are bothering me “. His next response was “you need to leave” I say to Billy “I’m going to finish my conversation as I was talking before you interrupted”. Billy then threatened me with calling the cops . I came to that facility as a paying customer seeking an enjoyable evening with my two children . At funzilla we were accompanied by two other parties and overall it was truly a terrible experience. I have been to urban air bounce u . Get air . Get up . Sky zone . Air zone . Adventure air . I have been to plenty of trampoline parks and have never ever experienced such. In fact at urban air when I lost my phone they actually shut everything down to find it . Because it was in the facility . However there was an ounce of compassion or empathy. Billy was content with giving little to no help . However when I first walked in the door the front desk employees were extremely interested in selling packages and Etc. however when an issue occurs it is of no importance. Another thing, the facility was at minimal occupancy. He didn’t even make any attempt to temporarily close the pit while I looked for it . There was no assistance no urgency at all.
Billy wanted me to place the foam blocks back into the pit . Billy also mentioned that he wanted his name in the email to corporate specifically so that they can know that he was doing his job. Does his job not consist of aiding customers with issues and providing excellent customer service . There was nothing fun about funzilla once I communicated with the manager my issue and he basically swept it under the rug. Billy had no concern that I had to drive 30 miles home and then back to search for my phone .billy didn’t even offer to help but he make sure he went over to the pit after I found my phone to demand me to place them back . As if it wasn’t still 30 mins remaining on the clock and he had several employees around who could do so. These are the same employees that he said were occupied and couldn’t assist . Billy threatened me with the cops , threatened to have me banned from the facility by credit card . I truly don’t appreciate the experience I paid for...

Review of Funzilla - October 8, 2024
I recently visited Funzilla on the evening of October 8, 2024, with my wife and daughter, and I feel compelled to share our experience and concerns regarding the supervision and overall management of the facility.
While I understand that running a business comes with its challenges, I was disappointed by the noticeable lack of supervision among the young employees, particularly in the trampoline area. Upon our arrival around 7:50 PM, we quickly noticed that the front desk staff seemed more engaged in casual conversations than in overseeing the safety of the children in the play areas. This lack of attentiveness not only raises safety concerns but also allows for conflicts to arise among the children, as we experienced during our visit.
Regrettably, an incident occurred when my daughter encountered another child who was not being properly supervised by their mother. This situation escalated when my wife felt compelled to address the issue directly with the other child's mother. It was disheartening to see the child smirking throughout the confrontation, which led my wife to express her frustration. While it’s true that "kids are kids," it’s equally important for adults to model appropriate behavior and for staff to intervene when conflicts arise. Unfortunately, the staff did not handle this situation effectively, seemingly waiting for my wife to react more strongly instead of stepping in to de-escalate the situation.
My daughter, who has a humorous disposition, referred to the other child as "evil" due to the smirking behavior. While I appreciate her playful nature, it highlighted the need for better management of interactions among children. My wife attempted to redirect our daughter away from the conflict, but her emotions got the best of her, and she felt overwhelmed by the lack of support from the staff.
Instead of taking accountability, this mother chose to record my wife, perhaps to portray herself as the victim in this situation. My wife’s attempts to address the behavior were misconstrued as harassment, which is not only unfair but highlights a troubling trend of parents not holding their children accountable for their actions. This incident should serve as a wake-up call for management to reinforce the importance of parental responsibility and to consider the implementation of trained security staff who can step in when needed.
In a facility as large as Funzilla, it is essential for staff to be proactive in monitoring play areas. If the situation had been adequately addressed, it could have prevented further escalation and distress for all parties involved. The mother of Ryan should have considered asking for a refund and leaving if she felt the environment was too challenging to manage, rather than allowing the conflict to continue.
As a dedicated customer, I sincerely hope that Funzilla takes these concerns seriously. The safety and well-being of all children should be the top priority, and investing in trained security personnel could significantly enhance the overall experience for families. I urge management to take action to improve the situation, ensuring that incidents like this do not occur in the future.

Read moreMy experience with funzilla was the worst experience I have ever had. I planned a birthday party for my daughter. I paid about $600 in advance for the party. It was suppose to include electronic invitation. I entered in everyone’s email and obtained a confirmation email that everything was sent. Every parent confirmed that they never received anything. When I called Funzilla to explain that no one ever obtained the invites they told me it was nothing they could do because they didn’t have control over the system that could send out the invitation. I was upset about that but I just ended up sending everything out via text message. Once I got there I had a party host named Amanda. She was terrible. The manager told me she was ‘new’. She was suppose to be in the room to assist me with the party. She kept leaving the room ! All my guest were arriving at different times and she was suppose to be in the room to pass out socks and bands. My guest arrived and she was NO where to be found. I had to keep calling her back to the room to give my guest the bands and socks! Then they delayed my food to my room because they said I never paid my bill. I had to go to the front desk and proved that I paid everything in full for 15 people! Then once I obtained my food they didn’t give me all the food I paid for. Then they gave me a hard time to get another pizza. It was such a horrible experience with horrible service. Then another woman came in with Amanda ... I’m not to sure who she was. But while my guest were eating their food she yelled at them “ARE YOU DONE EATING”. It was so horrible . I’ve booked parties at a lot of locations .. sky zone, pump it up, etc. all great places. This place was horrible . Treated me as I didn’t pay. Didn’t bring all my food and then when I told them to compete my order they were trying to say they need to charge me for an extra pizza and I had to legit read them my package , then they were rude to my guest and their kids and did not prove them with their socks and bands in a timely matter. They were horrible ... never ever again... super horrible I can’t...
