Fairless Motors — Local services in Falls Township

Unfortunately, I have to change my 5 starts to a 1 star. I am extremely disappointed in the way my mother has been treated by Fairless Motors.

She purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in November 2024, along with a warranty. Within just two months, the car began having serious mechanical issues, including a driver’s side door that won’t close and coolant problems. Despite being under warranty, she was told she could only go to certain shops — yet every shop she’s tried has given her the runaround, wasting weeks of her time and leaving her without a working vehicle.

To make matters worse, one of the recommended shops kept the car for three weeks without completing repairs and accused her of canceling the work, which is completely false. Throughout this process, Mike and the dealership have been unhelpful, dismissive, and evasive, offering no real solutions while my mother continues to pay her monthly car note and insurance on a car she cannot safely drive.

This experience has caused her an enormous amount of stress and frustration. A dealership should stand behind its vehicles and treat its customers with dignity and respect — especially when the buyer is a senior citizen who acted in good faith. That has not happened here.

I would not recommend Fairless Motors to anyone. Based on how my mother has been treated, I would caution others to be very careful before doing business with them.

Response to your calculated response: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, our experience does not align with the helpful and supportive tone you've expressed here. While recommendations were provided, they led us to a service shop that failed to complete the work and falsely claimed we canceled service, leaving my 81-year-old mother without a functioning vehicle for months.

Despite repeated efforts to get assistance, we were met with delays, vague guidance, and no meaningful resolution. The fact remains: my mother has been paying for a car she cannot drive, and the warranty she purchased has yet to be honored in any effective way.

Most troubling of all, following my honest review, my mother received a threatening phone call from someone identifying themselves as a Fairless Motors employee, pressuring us to remove the review. This is now a matter that has been reported to law enforcement and appropriate consumer protection agencies.

At this point, we are seeking formal accountability. If you are genuinely willing to resolve this situation, please contact us directly with clear next steps that do not involve third-party runarounds or...

ABORT... I REPEAT, ABORT MISSION. Whatever you do, do not at any chance give this dealership the opportunity to scheme you. Yes SCHEME. They are all crooks, down to the owner. They has their own little inside thing where they are in communication with each other when a buyer is in a process of buying a car from them. You most likely will walking out of there more disappointed than the person you were walking in without a car. They limit your choices on which car they want to sell you. I went there to buy my in need and desperate girlfriend a car, and they ended up selling her a car she didn't wanting from the jump. Telling her that her credit was too low(600+) for the car she want and that they had a recommendation that she can exchange in few months for the car she want. Turns out, the onwer told her she's stuck with it and they can't do nothing about it and he didn't know why the salesman told her so. The 2007 Mercury they sold her check engine light came on the same week of purchase, in two weeks car started jerking very heavy when coming to a stop.. come to find out it had transmissions out burst. They had her do turn around for many days calling out of her job. Their mechanic shop is in on it too. They let her drive it off the lot with a missing messed up drive belt which would make noise when she start the car, their mechanic didn't fix that until a week later if constant calling a going there. And the tire air pressure constantly keep loosing air within a month. Talk about Lemon right? Well that's most of their cars. The list goes on. Buy any you looking for a reliable car at a good rate, not say you might not get it... but the chance with them is very high because they all about business and NOT customers satisfaction. Don't believe me.... look below and weigh the negative reviews with the positives. And car dealerships should not have this much negative reviews from the customers. Oh and not told mention if you have a problem with how they do business there they will threaten to...

My husband and I were blessed to come across Fairless Motors online yesterday. We called and were blessed to speak to Ace and the owner Rick. We drove over and within a short time, we worked out a favorable deal for everyone! Fairless Motors have a beautiful array of quality vehicles, and are a family owned business who made sure that we felt like family by the time that we left!

I drove off in my dream truck, and I couldn't be more grateful! 🥰 Thank You, Heavenly Father, my Beloved Husband, Eddie, and our new family at Fairless Motors. This was the easiest car purchasing experience that I ever had; they had no hidden fees, and made several concessions to give us the best price, add value to our vehicle, and to cover us for the long haul, as well.

Rick, Will, our awesome salesman, Ace, Ashley, and the other gentleman were so kind, personable, and made their one-stop shop a one of a kind experience! They added value to our lives just by being the great individuals that they are, apart from the beautiful vehicle that we purchased and the great service that they provided.

We were not haggled, hustled, nor pressured in any way, and I couldn't believe that this gem is nestled right here in Bucks County! If you want to purchase a quality vehicle at a great price with people of integrity, look no further!
