It's ok, my fiancee & I will come here to big lots for pet items & out door garden items & maybe some odds & end items but usually nothing special. it's a bit cluttered with the future maze you gotta walk through to look at any of it. Could be organized better not crammed all together like it is. Example trying to sit on a recliner when someone else is sitting on one behind it. You can't! one cancels out the other. Also not being able to test out the electrical funtion of a reclining chair. What's the point of displaying it, if the customer can't experience having the full experience of it's functionality. Which may make or break a sale. Presenting it as failure is not a smart business tactic. Big lots has never been a place of excitement for her or I to get up & go to. A place should give you joy & excitement to explore through when your purchasing things. For example Fairlesshills Gargen Center brings us this joy & excitement. Big lots you may want to get some insight & some pointers on this company & learn what are they doing right that may help your company also become that place of enjoyment & excitement for...
Read moreThis is DEFINITELY not a Big lots that I have ever seen before. Personally I'm from Texas so maybe it's different. This is definitely a lot of clothes for a Big lots to have. The Big lots I've have seen mainly have big furniture and stuff and then it just looks like a regular store just kind of cheaper.
All the Big lots in Texas have closed down so this is kind of funny to see that they're trying to have a comeback over here.
Either way it was actually pretty fun looking around the store. It was super quiet I think there was only one other customer in there with me at the time during the day. I think that's because unfortunately a grocery bargain market started right next to this Big lots.
It was pretty fun saw a lot of interesting things. Got a very cheap step stool for my dorm that I've been needing for like an entire year 👍 I even got to try a new Ramen!
I might come back to look around again ♥️
Oh yeah, I gave it four stars because it just really doesn't seem like a Big lots to me personally. Other than that it was...
Read moreWas lied to about furniture from a manager. Not only lied to, but given incorrect information after calling another store and got a very respectful and very product knowledgeable woman who actually took the time to explain how things work and also told us not to go to a NJ store as they do not do easy leasing which we stated in the beginning of the call to this store and I was told I never said that we wanted to lease but stated we had ournlese ID ready to come.in and take that furniturehome to be paid off in 30 days which would boost your store sales. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT WORKED AS A MANAGER FOR 4 YEARS!! You guys lost out on a $3500 sale for your store! Now I'll spread the word that you guys lie to people and obviously dont want the sales. I will be contacting the 1-800 number as well. Also when asked for a manager you should give the customer what they asked for and not argue with them and accuse the customer of being wrong when you guys made your...
