El Rancho Supermercado — Attraction in Farmers Branch

I went there during my lunch break to pick up a plate from the Comida and when I tell you, I waited 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged me then I tried to place an order with them and they did not give me my entire order. I ordered a three taco plate with two sides. She only gave me one side and told me that cilantro and onions is considered a side and it’s not because I had came earlier and purchased for a coworker and I ordered the same exact order and we received double rice they were super, unprofessional very racist. They don’t like to communicate with you if you don’t special Spanish and they are super unwelcoming won’t be returning. However, she was super nasty. They need to get her out of there. I appreciate the young man who came and remedy the situation, but she literally tried to embarrass me in front of the entire store. I just came to El rancho and had the worst experience ever !!!! I like them cause of their prices but everybody in the store was really rude when I first walked in by the bakery a lady that works there passed right in front of me I was literally about to hit her with the cart no excuse me no sorry no nothing then I’m going to check out and I’ve been literally standing there for 20 minutes and then the lady says that she’s closing she’s done for today I told her you could have told me I was standing in this line for a long time I didn’t get her nameBut she told me to go to Lane seven so I did George didn’t greet me I asked him twice to take off the cokes because they fell and popped and he still wanted to give them to me like that saying I need to pay and then he doesn’t even tell me my total after I told him everybody in there was rude please do not come to the store guys this will be the last time...

I’ve aged 5 years standing in this line to checkout. Yes it’s the holiday season-it’s busy, I get it, but this place doesn’t seem fully staffed to handle the crowds. Nor does it seem to care.

NOT to mention this has to be one of the most CRAMPED stores; layout-wise. The aisle by the registers is CLUTTERED by fixtures, racks, cases of Coca Cola. Here’s a tip: CLEAR THE AISLE. So customers can move around and choose a checkout lane more freely. This is more congested than 635 on a Wednesday afternoon 5pm rush hour…..

I’ve heard this store is always like this from family members. Which is why they don’t shop here. And now I won’t either, but my mom needed bolillos for her cochinita so here I am.
