This is currently THE reason to visit downtown Farmington. The historic charm of the building is not lost while also being simple, clean, and elegant. Think you can’t afford the items on the shelf? Think again. I spent 12 dollars and walked out with a jacket, 2 shirts, and a pair of pants.
As a person with Autism Spectrum Disorder, most retail environments require noise canceling headphones or visiting in the debt of night in order to get an enjoyable experience. I can genuinely say that this is the only store I’ve ever been able to walk in and not immediately feel the cold chill over over-stimulation run down my spine. I walked in and immediately felt like I could easily understand the things being sold and the layout of the store. The clerk was friendly and kind without making me feel like I was dumb.

It made me cry when she didn't stop commenting on it and overall bring down my self esteem. I wish in the future they will have better workers than the one they had...
