Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store — Attraction in Farmington

What was supposed to be just a quick look around with my wife to the store ended up with a new tempur-pedic bed in our bedroom.

Bret greeted us from the entrance of the store with such a sweet and charming introduction, he instantly made us feel like we were the main characters of a movie. From there on, Bret was able to guide us to test out few of the beds based on what we were looking for (mainly for my lower back pain). His explanations, migled with humorous jokes and tangents, helped us understand the products better while being able to stay relaxed on the bed we were trying out. We were only in there for maybe about 15-20 minutes but when we walked out we felt so relaxed and refreshed we instantly knew we wanted to buy it.

I can’t entirely put into words how amazing Karin made the tempur-pedic customer experience for me but I will do my best. From the moment I contacted the store to make inquiries about purchasing a mattress—Karin was so pleasant and helpful. She made herself fully available to answer questions and assist me from beginning to end. She was even willing to extend her shift to meet with me personally and make a selection. I was extremely impressed by attentiveness and dedication to helping make my experience 1:1. She really listened to me and curated an experience just for me.
