Hands down the best college baseball stadium in the country! This was our first trip to watch the Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team in person at Baum-Walker Stadium. We have visited to watch the high school state championship, but had never been able to experience a full capacity Razorback game. And to be there on the night that they sealed the deal on a Southeastern conference championship made it even sweeter! The Razorbacks trailed until the 8th inning when they tied it up on a solo home run, and won the game in the bottom of the 9th on a walk off single by "Big Game" Bob Moore. What an awesome experience for my two daughters, ages 14 and 11, my wife and I. Even though my daughter's play softball, I was afraid they would get bored with a more slow paced, nine inning baseball game, but I was wrong. The whole experience keeps the fans involved and my daughter's got to call the Hogs multiple times! They were even doing the hog call on the walk back to the car after the game and giving random people high fives after the big win. If you ever want to experience the mystique and true fandom of baseball, visit...
Read moreBaum-Walker stadium is easily one of the premier collegiate baseball stadiums in the country. There are plenty of concession stands, although the variety of meal choices is pretty limited to hot dogs and BBQ. Bathroom facilities are better than most, and the wait time is negligible even during late season series. There are a good number of suites, although I've not had the pleasure. The Hog Pen general admission seats beyond the left-field wall are a fun place to watch the game. There is a modest amount of rowdiness to be found there. A new feature to the park this year is the baseball training complex beyond the right-field wall. There are a few new seating areas that have yet to be explored. Parking is accessible without the need to walk too far. There is some tailgating before the game, but it's not a big part of the game-day experience at...
Read moreA must visit if you are in town when the Hogs are playing! Great food all around the stadium (I recommend the street taco stand, or the BBQ food truck by gate B). Every seat is a great one and the fans are very knowledgeable and tuned in to the game. If you want a fun unique experience get a GA ticket to the Hog Pen. Bring a chair and a cooler with your favorite baseball water NO GLASS, and enjoy some grade A fun! If you have small children who are home schooled maybe get a seat somewhere along the baselines. Great place to catch a game and even if you aren't a Hog fan you will have a blast. The one star guy hates fun and is likely an LSU...
