Rally House Arena Village — Local services in Fayetteville

The TL/DR version: Calvin at the Fayetteville location (Arena Village Store 266) is AMAZING- give the man a raise!!

My original review was too many characters so I had to condense lol

After wasting 2 and a half weeks trying to follow up and get a particular item at the Owasso, Oklahoma location only for it to be sold out from under me, I call the only other store in the nation (Steele Crossing) that had the item in stock and their phone goes directly to voicemail for 2 days. I then call a nearby store (Arena Village) and spoke to Mookie who told me that it was a new store and they must not realize that their phone is off. They get in contact with that manager who gives me a call and she says she will see what she can do. Didn’t hear back so I call again and same thing- phone straight to VM. I call the other store again and spoke to the guy who soon became my hero, Calvin, for the first time. I let him know the whole situation and he says he will get with his DM to figure something out because he could tell that this was something really important to me… finally someone understands!! He calls me back letting me know they are working on it and that their plan is to have some of the items shipped to my closest Rally House in Texas… yes!!! He asked me if it was time sensitive and what location I preferred to have them sent to and followed up via text a few days later with an update and ETA. Keep in mind he is coordinating all of this on the back end with other departments and is not even the manager of the store the items are at. Yesterday I went to go pick up and it’s such a relief that he was able to help me get the item in time. I am SO GRATEFUL for all of the legwork and follow up Calvin put in to finding a solution. The line of work I am in, we are constantly bending over backwards to please our clients, and it’s so refreshing to have someone provide that same level of service to me. I walked into the store and was literally in HOG HEAVEN!!!! For someone that has a lot of razorback apparel this store went above and beyond my expectations! The style and variety of the shirts for men, women, kids and babies was the best I have ever seen in Arkansas! I know a lot of people say you can go get a razorback shirt at the local Walmart for about $10 but the shirts they offer here you cannot even find online and some of the prices might be a little too expensive but I believe you get what you pay for and these shirts are not gonna fall apart this time next year! I have saved this store to order online for future purchases and I didn’t just buy for me. I bought for several people in the north east Arkansas area that also are big fans and don’t have opportunities to go to Western Arkansas to the stores. Great staff and unsurpassed selection. From one fan to the next, this will be my go to Razorback apparel place from now on!!...

How do I begin to describe our experience here. Really simply put…simply amazing!! First of all, they carry every Razorback thing you can imagine and then more. And if this wasn’t enough, the customer service was exceptional as well. The manager, Jeramie, as well as a young lady with dark hair (name started with a K—I’m sorry I forgot her name) both went above and beyond in genuine customer service.
