Diamond Center Jewelers — Attraction in Fayetteville

Absolutely love this place. Not only is their jewelry selection and prices as competitive as any other jewelry center but the customer service is what attracted us. Kayla and Jim Cash are the owners of the Diamond Center located in the NWA mall and they have been nothing short of amazing. I have appreciated them through the entire journey from the very first visit to the last. They care about their customers and make you feel important during such a big decision.

Specifically, during my wife's and I one year anniversary, her wedding ring was stolen in Mexico. I was freaking about but thankfully the first year that you have a ring from the Diamond Center, they cover the jewelry insurance and encourage you to continue having it insured after the first year. I would have never even thought about it. Long story short, I sat in Mexico at an all inclusive resort, feeling mad and sad and freaked out about my wife's ring. My first text was to Kayla Cash. She even took the time to facetime my wife and I at 8pm. She instructed me on what to do as far as filing a claim and the steps to getting a replacement. It truly eased our minds.

In less than a week from us being in Mexico and returning home, my wife had the exact same ring on her finger. There's no way we could ever thank the Diamond Center enough. This place rocks. They really care and they want the best for you.

We specifically decided to buy here because we were treated with such kindness unlike experiences we had at other chain company jewelers in Fayetteville. Karlea has been so wonderful and truly had my best interest at heart. She has answered any random questions we have had and has been so helpful every step of the way. There was never any pressure to purchase something we were not in love with and believe me when I say that there is something for everyone here. ZERO STARS! They ruined what should have been a surprise proposal Christmas of 2017. He stressed many times not send anything in the mail it's a surprise. Well they sent something in the mail! When we went in to talk to the mang/owner her exact words were "Was wondering when you were going to come by and pick up her Christmas present"? After he explained what had happened she was not only so rude but also lied and said he never once told her it was a surprise. Yet when we walked in she referred to the engagement ring as my Christmas present (which should always assumed is a gift especially an engagement ring, especially IF the woman isnt with him when picking the ring out) She never apologized just said "you never told me it was a surprise, what do you want a refund?
