I was initially introduced to Frame Fayetteville by a local epoxy business in Bella Vista. I have some important collectibles I wanted framed, and they told me anyone worth going to either works or was trained here.
I first contacted Frame Fayetteville in mid-June of 2023. And the owner was nice, understood the importance of the work I wanted done and even offered to come to my home to offer design options to fit well with my home.
We set an appointment, and he never showed. I tried contacting him, and he never responded. I have now reached out multiple times via text and phone (even from another number); leaving voicemails with no response at all over the past 4 months. It finally reached the point where I had to ask a relative to swing by this business while they were in Fayetteville to make sure the business didn’t have to close down. Doors were open and the owner was there. He had apologized to me at the time, stating he had some things come up and that he could come out today in the early afternoon today (10/9/23). Unfortunately, he never showed up again and refused to respond to my attempts to contact him.
Do they do good work? I will never know. I’ve given up on trying with this business any longer. I don’t think I’d personally trust a business to handle my valuable collectibles when they’ve shown such poor business...
Read moreI’m a local photographer and I recently had my first pieces published in a magazine. My boyfriend went here to get them framed and to get a plaque done. He did this in January and expected to have them done around February, but that didn’t happen. Comes July, and my boyfriend tries to go get the frames for a birthday present for me. Turns out, they had misplaced my images, had not even gotten close to finishing the plaque, and had been lying about the progress they had made on even the frame. 6 months and you couldn’t FRAME any of the images? As a fellow business owner, this is so embarrassing. I would understand if they had misplaced the images and contacted us and gave us updates, but they didn’t do that. Just held onto the images for 6 months with no progress and still expects payment from us. Now, I won’t be getting my framed images on my birthday, or probably anytime soon at all after seeing this track record, not to mention the plaque hasn’t even been started. If the owner wasn’t on vacation, I wouldn’t even be posting about this because he’d be hearing about it for himself in person. I do not recommend this place, especially if you’re taking irreplaceable and valuable personal items to them. Very disappointed in this unreliable and...
Read moreMy wife and I have been using Aaron & Frame Fayetteville for years now, and I can confidently say his craftsmanship is second to none. From the moment I walked into the studio, I was met with genuine professionalism, a deep understanding of materials, and a keen eye for detail.
Every piece I brought in—whether it was a delicate print, a vintage photograph, or an oil painting—was treated with the utmost care. The custom frames he crafted not only enhanced the artwork but elevated the entire presentation. It’s rare to find someone who approaches framing as both a skilled trade and an art form, but this is exactly what sets Aaron Randall apart.
He takes the time to understand the story behind each piece, offering thoughtful suggestions on matting, frame styles, and glass types, always with preservation and visual balance in mind. The final results continually exceed my expectations—elegant, timeless, and museum-quality.
If you’re looking for a framer who values precision, takes pride in their work, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Aaron Randall & Frame Fayetteville. His level of craftsmanship is truly...
