Daisy Exchange tried to gyp me today- Iāve had a good experience before, bringing a bag of clothes and getting $40 cash. The workers are usually kind and welcoming, and the girl was today too before everything went down. I brought in my real Jordans because I had a hard time selling them online, tbh was okay with literally $30-$50 for them since I had no luck for so long. I have this huge bag of clothes and so when the girl called me up and offered THIRTEEN DOLLARS for 3 items (I had like 20), I knew obviously they hadnāt chosen to take the shoes. I assumed it was surely for a couple shirts or something, and took the money. I returned to my car and realized the bag felt a little light- only to realize the Jordans were TAKEN. The lady gave me $13 for Jordans. And two other items. And u know what, fine. But whatās messed up is that she didnāt even try to say ANYTHING about it- she was banking on me not checking the bag. I immediately went back in and asked for them back, and she hesitated for a while after giving a side-eye to another worker who said āwe canāt do that.ā She decided to give me my Jās back but today was CRAZY GUYS. Iām a uark student, I promise Iām not a Karen guys but u gotta trust a fellow student, be CAREFUL here. I get itās a small business but this is just bad practice. Trust, even as someone who has liked this place before, do NOT go here unless u wanna get cheated. I promise, I donāt make reviews online. Iāve only made one before but I HAD to tell about what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI thought they had really nice clothes. And excited they had designer purses. However, as one lady had mentioned in a review. I want to thank you for your honesty. Because they treated me the same way. If you bring in an item to sell. I wish you the best. I brought it a brand new pair of work boots, that my husband's company offered. Which we paid for through the company out of my husband's paycheck. ($ 145.00 ) They were extremely uncomfortable, and hurt my husband's feet. He had only worn them around in the house trying to break them in. Tried taking them to several places, including Platos Closet. And yes, including Daisy Exchange would only offer us around $ 25. This exact work boot, brand new, which ours were. Sold for $ 168.00 to $ 198.00 (Had them about 1 week) Finally sold them on FB on Mplace for $ 45.00. Love your store, but wished you would be a little more leanant on brand new items, and pay at least a 1/4 or 1/3 of the actual price. Best of luck...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have actually had two terrible experiences at this store. When my friend and I were searching for prom dresses we found one here that we loved but decided to keep looking. We found the exact same dress at JC Penny's in the mall that was $100 cheaper than Dasiy Exchange. Another time when we went in we found a pair shorts that had a broken zipper. I've worked in retail and when I asked about the zipper and about the cost it would be because of the broken zipper they told me that they had already reduced the price for the zipper! The reduced price was $5 less than the original and I don't think the worker nor manager knew that would barely cover the price to buy a new zipper let alone replace it. I believe they are selling us cheap clothes extremely overpriced and I am not likely to...
