I had Einstein Bros for the first time last week. In the last 7 days, I’ve been 3 times. I really like this place. I typically like bagels, but this place is one of the best spots I’ve been to. It’s rare to say that about a chain.

The food is great. Slightly pricy, but great. I’ve gotten the Avocado Toast Bagel, Chorizo Sunrise, and Turkey Avocado Sandwhich.

The Chorizo Sunrise is excellent and is now my new favorite. The avocado here tastes very fresh. Bagels are soft, but maintain texture without getting soggy. The eggs are surprisingly pretty good - coming from someone who RARELY eats fast-food egg.

The Avocoado Toast was good. If there was less everything bagel seasoning on top- I would like it better. If you love everything bagel, you’ll love this one.

Unfortunately the hasbrown side item was awful. Mushy, soggy, disgusting taste. Hard to finish.

The atmosphere inside is nice and it’s a very convenient spot to the U of A.

Aside from all the good stuff, I have one negative takeaway here… the service. I understand this spot is owned by locals and that employees don’t speak for the owners/ brand. However, after 3 experiences, I’ve had only one positive employee encounter. The employees are pretty dry and quickly ask you for payment. Upon paying for your $8+ bagel, they shove a massive plastic arm with a tip machine into your car. I’m all for tipping, usually go 25% at a sit-down. However on coffee/ breakfast I think it’s excessive. When I chose not to tip, the employee scoffed and slammed the door. My food took 5 minutes to come out. When I tipped on my next visit, they were extremely cheery.

Again, an employee cannot speak for the brand, but I think a tip arm getting shoved into my car is excessive. Tipping 20% on an egg and cheese bagel, puts you at $10. I like the food but for $10, I can make 10+ at home. Hopefully this is something that can be considered in the future. The...

I don't go here as often as I really should. I would give them 5 stars if not for their location, a standalone building in the parking lot of a strip mall. I know they are a chain, but to me they always have more of a local restaurant vibe. Their coffee is solidly good, and their bagels are decent as well. I always enjoy their turkey and avocado bagel. One thing I appreciate, it seems like their bagels are a little softer textured and sliced more thin for their sandwiches, because otherwise it could be very hard to eat a sandwich made out of tough bagel bread. They have puppy treats & IIRC are (technically) a dog friendly location. They do have a few outside tables, but because of the parking lot strip mall location, the patio umbrellas just don't provide enough shade, plus it's next to a major highway... so lots of heat and noise. Like a lot of chain restaurants in this area, its a good idea ruined by wanting a location alongside a major highway with lots of traffic so they get lots of business. It's yet another reason why I prefer to take my business to the interesting little "out of the way" locally run businesses. So if you wanted to eat outdoors, especially if you have your dog with you, I might plan on eating at Ozark Natural Foods outdoor patio location in the same parking lot instead. They actually have plants, shade, and a more tranquil back corner of the parking lot. Anyway, it's a solidly good meal for the price, actually healthy, and a great place to sit down for a little while with a laptop or tablet and get...

Up until this week Einsteins has always been my favorite spot for the mornings. Me and my friend Rob come to this location religiously even when the construction made it take us an hour to get there. Always great service and great speed and efficiency. My friend Rob even has a very cool relationship with a guy named Drake I think that's works there. I've always had a great experience until this week. I've gotten a bagel everyday this week and they have been burned badly and tastes horrible. Today was probably my last straw my friend Rob will definitely keep going there but I think I'm off of Einsteins forever. I'm very disappointed and offended that this has kept happening every day this week. Even when it wasn't busy I still got a very bad bagel. Even after Monday morning when I told the people it was burned I didn't want them to make another one because there were a lot of people behind me. I did expect them to not burn them again I understand it's a company and things have to be fast sometimes but man I'm spending anywhere from 12- 24 dollars Everytime sometimes two and three times a day. I want to be able to at least eat what I'm spending my money on. I also have pics. Not saying its a bad place to eat I'm saying the opposite it's a great place great staff and the bagels are great when they aren't burned so badly they change the color of everything...

Clean, quick and friendly. One of the best Einstein’s I’ve been to. I had the farmhouse this morning- delicious, highly recommend. My husband had a ham and egg- also good. We wish we realized the coffee came with refills as we would have gotten size small. The indoor area is quite large. Lots of options when it comes to coffee/tea as they have honey, some spices (cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg) and cream, milk and skim milk. Caribou coffee was delicious! The bathrooms were very clean and nice as well. They are single stall.

Wow, what a find! We stopped by since all of the "breakfast " establishments were packed. We were not disappointed. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly and efficiently for us to place our order to the extremely polite young lady behind the counter. A fancy bagel with strawberry cream cheese and an All-nighter breakfast croissant were soon announced to be picked up. I also drank a couple of cups of dark roast coffee. The place was hopping but never overly crowded. We will return next tome we're in town.
