Walked into Enzio's last night. There was 1 person in the dining room. The place looked dead. There were 2 people in the back making pizza's I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes no one ever came out from the back. I called out "HELLOO....!" A couple times and got no response. I turned and spoke to the customer in the lobby and asked... "are they closed? They say open til 10 and it's not even 9." The customer said there was someone out at the counter who took her order and her money when she came in about 30 minutes ago. I stood at the counter, called their take out number The other customer and I could hear the phone ringing. I watched them in the back walk by the phone 3 times ...I let it ring 10 times... no one answered.
I turned to the customer and she asked me if it was my first time here. I said "yup...and my last!" The customer said... "I at least hope it's good...cuz I already paid and can't leave yet...I'm still waiting..." I wished her a goodnight and left. How do you leave a review for NO service? At least the place was clean out front.

Read moreWent to the Grand Blanc location a couple weeks ago the girl behind the counter was so rude from the start when we called in the order. We got a pizza the day before Hawaiian pizza, she told us they didn't have that kind I said yeah we just got it yesterday. She says we'll you gotta add the toppings I said OK ham, bacon, and pineapple, with the parmessan garlic crust which is an extra dollar get there to pick it up she wouldn't even look at us.Get home and didn't even get the flavored crust. So today I tried the Fenton location asked for the same pizza same crust looked in the box no flavored crust. I said can I have garlic parmessan on my crust she said it's on there..it was clearly not! Will not be back to either...
Read moreVery disappointed with the service. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for my kids. It took me calling 4 times before I reached anyone to be told it was on its way. Almost 2 hours later I received our order. The delivery driver was very nice and apologetic, however when you have kids hungry and screaming that’s the only thing that matters.
Update: I received a call from Enzo’s, they expressed their sincere apologies for the delay with our order. They offered to refund me and offered a discount on a future order. I appreciate them reaching out, they could have just left it alone. This shows me they care about their customers and despite today’s situation I will order...
