I intentionally waited a bit before writing this to be sure I didn't overstate my opinion based upon my immediate impression. If anything, it's gotten more effusive! Almost on a whim, because they aren't real close to my home, I stopped in to try their Chicken Shawarma sandwich. Everything seemed to be cooked fresh to order, but it still didn't take very long. I can say without hesitation, that was the best Shawarma sandwich I've had in years if not ever, and I've had a lot of them! A good hearty garlic butter without being remotely bitter, excellent shawarma, perfectly grilled wrap. I loved it! While I waited, they even gave me a sample of their lentil soup & it was fantastic. I've been plotting to get there for one of their combo platters that I hope to try soon. BTW, it's a store front facility so the table area isn't anything to write home about. We just had the Platter for 4 at Shawarma and More in Fenton and it was absolutely phenomenal! Every single item on the platter was bursting with flavor — from the tender, perfectly seasoned shawarma to the fresh salad and mouthwatering soups. You can truly taste the love and authenticity in every bite. What made the experience even more special is knowing it’s a husband-and-wife team behind the food. You can feel the care, passion, and pride they put into their cooking — it’s like being welcomed into someone’s home for a delicious, home-cooked meal. I was very excited to finally find some Mediterranean food as I am Lebanese and it is barren in this area. Unfortunately I feel like I was mislead and overcharged.

I ordered a half portion of tabbouleh with shawarma and advertised on the menu online vs price paid in store it was more money. Beyond that, the “half portion” was a tiny box that wasn’t even filled all the way and ended up being $14.

Let me clarify, the box was a sized box that side pickles usually come in so the man at the front who tried to claim it was a half portion confused me. I am very well versed in Mediterranean cuisine and never in my life have I ordered from a restaurant and gotten a $14 half portion in a tiny little box.
