I love shopping at community threads store, and I cannot say enough good things about it! This store offers a fantastic selection of new clothes at truly fair prices, making it accessible for everyone. The quality of the clothing is excellent, and there is always a great variety of styles to choose from. If you see it buy it because it may not be there if you try to go back and get it. Always new stuff coming to the floor like rugs home goods everything purses . I have been shopping with them since they were in valley mall.

Customer service is number one!!! I love this store My mom my sister and I all shop here quite a bit and usually have a great experience . My sister and I were out shopping last night and whoever closed.. I'd call her out directly but no one wears name tags, was Extremely confrontational Rude and unprofessional.Her attitude was as if we were inconveniencing her by being there or she wasn't happy to be there. Which I understand everyone has a bad day. I also work in customer service, I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door which that can be overlooked but as I'm checking out She had an attitude that was undeniable. She puts my things in a bag and pushes my bag at me , I then already irritated with the way she's been treating me said to her sarcastically have a nice day because Clearly she couldn't be bothered To do so. I LOVE this store. Always clean, always nice employees, always amazing finds. I felt bad/mad about the previous bad review, enough so that I had to make my own review. I was checking to see if the store was open, it is, and it is maintaining the safe practices which are the required under the Governor... Doesn't matter if you like or agree with her, and I'm not saying I personally do. If a person has a bad experience, that is a perfectly acceptable reason to leave a poor review and people will even thank you for it... If a person is mad the owner asked them to leave because of a mask... No, I don't think that is a fair assessment of the store and is more about politics than quality. No business owner wants to be held legally responsible for accommodating someone who doesn't want to follow the rules. They have the right to refuse service to you, I wonder if the person before me knows how stupid...
