Ordered a pizza through DoorDash, and after looking exhaustingly through the app I realized that there is no available option to add butter Parmesan to the crust. Not a huge deal, after all DoorDash is directly affiliated with little ceasers so it’s completely understandable they’d miss something like that. I decided I’d just place the order and call up and ask to have it added. When I called and asked for this accommodation I was told NO because I did not pay for it. The issue obviously being I didn’t even have an option to pay for it. Was never possible for me. It would be one thing if the option was there and I missed it, which I double checked immediately after the call. Unfortunately, it just came down to absolutely incompetent levels of customer service. I would’ve gladly paid the extra amount but i physically did not have the option too. I explained this to the manager, and asked her “so I’m just not allowed to add this to the order then because of how I ordered it” and she said “yes”.
I was a bit taken aback because it’s not a ridiculous request at all. I’m not sure if someone at corporate little caesers is threatening employees over 60 cents of unaccounted for butter Parmesan sauce, or if she was just having a bad day. Either way, that is HORRIBLE customer service to punish the customer because of the method they are ordering with. Straight up, no way around it, bad bad bad...
Read moreI’ve been going to this place for 5 years because they used to be courteous and never messed up my order. The first time I had an issue in 2022, I left it alone because I thought ‘hey, these guys have always been good and maybe this is just a one-time thing’ even though they skimped on the pepperoni and a couple of slices didn’t have any. Today, I placed two orders. One was for a classic pepperoni (aka Hot n Ready) and the other was for a stuffed crust pepperoni with crazy bread. When I came home, I ended up with two classic pepperoni pizzas instead. When I called them to correct the order, the lady said “in order for us to correct your order, you’d need to bring the incorrect pizza in” and “or if not, I can give you a free crazy bread.” 1. There was no way a “free” crazy bread replacement makes up for an $11.00 pizza. 2. You are forcing me to drive back to the store for your mistake and refused to give me a credit/refund. 3. You won’t even let me keep the incorrect order that you will be throwing out anyway. There is no way I will ever be returning...
Read moreOrdered online an hour before close because we get off work somewhat late. I have t-mobile tuesdays and saw that free breadstick combo deal and thought “what the hell; seems like a good night for a lazy meal.” And listen. I worked in customer service half my life. I get it; you don’t make the rules. But comeeee on. So; I get there and notice the app is being buggy and says my deal expired and is invalid now. So I think “well, we’re already here let me just see if there’s anything that can be done.” Of course, theres some dumb rule about not having online and in person coupons be used interchangeably. Why? who knows. Probably another cash grab because their app never works properly and they close their online orders so dang early. Asked if there was anyway we could speak with someone about this and they looked at me like a deer in headlights. Will definitely not get this pizza from here again. It was cold, it was soggy, and a $10 in gas I can never get back. He also forgot our sauce. Hire more...
