Fenton Coney Grill — Restaurant in Fenton

I got take out tonight and the side salad that came with our dinner had yesterdays date on the top....it was so freezer burnt it was uneatable and i asked for no onion and it had onion on it..i cant believe someone would serve this. And its not the 1st time i have tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and try again but every time the side salad is nasty. So i called and tried to talk to a manager to let them know but they conveniently "just stepped out". Also this roast beef is like fatty beef jerky and we basically got mashed potatoes and gravy all while spending $30 plus I left a tip. And while im at it i asked for extra ranch for the salad and extra ranch for the kids chicken strip and literally got 2 ranches ....and she assured me when i picked up the order there was extra extra ranch...very disappointed. I do not want anything in replacement I just wanted to make sure this info got to a manager since I don't believe the girl i talked to tonight will pass the word. I also had sent this message to their Facebook but no response so now im leaving...

This is the second time posting this today. It disappeared from posting this morning. I was there this morning around 10:30. Ashley was sitting at the table in the corner up front. Cathy was rolling silverware at the counter and one of the younger waitresses came out of the kitchen and asked what time another worker was going to be there. I sat at table 4 for several minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there, so after sitting there for several minutes I left and went somewhere else. There were only five cars in the parking lot and the other customers already had there food so it's not like they were busy. Pretty sad to watch this place, which was one of my favorites go downhill. Even worse is the fact that 2 of the waitresses lied to people I know and said that I was never there. Excuse me, check the cameras Tony and Jimmy, or Leonard. Cameras don't lie, unless the camera got erased today by the two waitresses that were lying and saying that I wasn't there. Guess I should have taken a picture of them for proof. So much for supporting...

Truly one of the best simple cafes I've been to in the whole United States. Great selection of food that has great recipes and that is always fresh and well made. Service is always right on top of it and fast I'm good. Although the restaurant is popular and always busy they are very very fast at service do things move along fairly quickly as I can. It's a well-thought-out store and there's actually quite a bit of seating inside for it's size. The owner is always there doing whatever needs to be done from even wiping down tables to assisting in the back. It was my mom's favorite restaurant for many years and it is probably the favorite place of Fenton locals overall their selection really is good and include some Greek as well as standard American dishes. Breakfasts are amazing to. We still try to get out there a couple times a month. Great food great service extremely clean fast and friendly. Hour family recommends Fenton Coney...
