Drinks of Essence Bartending School — Attraction in Flint

So I’ve been moving between the states and finally made it back home to MI to become stable. I knew what I wanted just didn’t know how to go about it; then this bartender class opened up. I’ve been trying to get into bartending for years but no one wanted to hire me, “You can’t just walk in and become a bartender.” I was told so many times, and I didn’t want to start as a sever because not everyone keeps there word. Sheena over here at D.O.E (Drinks of Essence), now that someone who keeps their word. She will teach you everything you need to know about bartending; serving, awareness, and of course mixing. The class is so fun that you actually are a bit hurt when it’s over, but you know that you’ve made all these different connections, because most that come to the class are trying to do just what you are. Also after the class it doesn’t end there. D.O.E still provides mixing classes. For me, someone who has never bartend, it really made me feel more confident in moving forward to become and do what I plan. I must say along the way I lost some hope, started to give up, doubt myself. Take this class I assure it will put your worries to rest. Sheena will restore confidence, inspiration, that drive that you had so many years ago will come rushing back! Drinks of Essence Bartending School...where do I begin! This has been a great and extremely fun experience to learn the basics of bartending, proper techniques, and how to make and measure drinks. During this class you obtain your serve safe certification, learn the history of the different types of alcohol/beer/wine and learn about the different laws that pertain to serving alcohol. The instructor was so professional but also personable. I enjoyed the experience so muchhhhhh. She made learning fun and doable. This was an awesome date night for my husband and friends. I WOULD HIGH RECOMMENDED this place. The drinks tasted good and the karaoke session afterwards was worth it 100%!!!!!!!!!
