Roses Discount Store — Attraction in Florence

Me and my daughter went to Rosa today 10/11/24 to fine some stuff for my daughter and my niece and for my grandson birthday tomorrow 11/12/24 and every where we turn I saw a lady name Sophia following us. some one called out for the police to turn on the cameras. I shop at Rosa all the time because it’s closer to my house and it’s more convenient for to go there because like I said it’s closer to me.today me and my daughter was profiled by the manager Sophie. I’m going to file a complaint on her tomorrow and I’m calling corporate about this issue. I hear that she was nasty with the workers and that she talked to them like a dog and no one likes to work with her. I’m calling the BBB Monday morning to report her and her actions today on 10/11/24. It was unacceptable I’m going to do something about her actions. I have my receipts from 10/11/24 and 10/09/24 for when me and my husband stop by to get a rake. Ms Sophia needs to be fired ASAP. My husband and I just went to Roses on Irby street in Florence to pick up a couple of things. When we got to the check out, I ask the cashier “ How are you? ( I always do) Ms. Nicole never said a word. When she gave me my total it wasn’t loud enough for me to hear her, and when she handed me my receipt, I said “ thank you, have a nice day”.. she still wouldn’t even look at me!
