This GameStop is horrrible we PREORDER OUR NINTENDO SWITCH 2 Mario kart bundle on 5/3/25 and when we went on 6/5 and 6/6 to pick it up we were told they had NO MORE !!!! Gabe was the one attending us and he did not help us with our problem. Kept giving us excuses on why it wasnât available and that to me is telling me they sold it to someone else or kept it for themselves. After this we will NOt be pre ordering any consoles or anything from GameStop again. Gabe also told us not to pay our console in full b/c âwe didnât have itâ but that still doesnât make sense to me if we PRE ORDER SOMETHING ITS FOR THEM TO HAVE IT FOR US WHEN WE PICK IT UP. And on top of that they disconnected the phone to the store so when we were calling they werenât answering thatâs unprofessional cuz we called other stores and they answered the phones just fine. Also on 6/5 there was a customer in front of us with the same problem and he gave that guy another GameStop to pick up his console when we asked him for us to do the same he said we werenât able to do that cuz it didnât work that way. I only come here for gift cards, and I usually come out with a smile. I'd prefer not to name anyone specifically because all the employees I've had the pleasure of talking to have done nothing but be extremely helpful and understanding, demonstrate witty and approachable behavior, become a beacon of knowledge, and just overall emit insightful and helpful vibes when you enter.
