Panda Express — Restaurant in Florida City

We visited Panda Express in Orlando, Chicago and Miami Area. They were always good but this is Florida City, puh what can I say. They try their best. The take one order after the other but forget to look what is available. So our food was almost read waiting for 15 minutes getting cold at the counter. Before was said 3-4 minutes. I said to the guy at the counter that our food must be cold because of the waiting time. But he gave it. I thing he was a little. It confused about everything. Ok we tried it, but it was just was a bit warmer then cold so I gave it back. Ok they made it new without any problems (we had to throw to cold foot it into the trash can. Maybe for the future they an give it to home less people. They still would be thankful for that food. Don‘t get me wrong. It was ok to eat it also for us 3 but if I pay for warm fresh food I want to get what I ordered). But instead of making it new they took more and more orders and then we had to wait again about 6-8 minutes before they starting to make it new. I understand to take as much order as you can before they leave because of they waiting time until they can order. But you should be able to work on them. The counter was looking like a skyline of empty food boxes or half made orders. I think it is worse to wait ages on an order to be made than to wait in line to order a bit longer and wait only some minutes for the food. And you must know, we came in and there were only two person in front of the line. The big rush came afterwards. But we also talking here about food and as it was warm like it should be it was as good as in the other...

Very poorly managed there were more online orders than people in-line to order food they need to call the food they need before hand and not wait till they run out of something to call for more that’s how you stay ahead and not have people waiting a crazy time my pick up time was 7:35 didn’t get my food till 8:30 subsequently i asked for a large drink i handed over 3$ and the cashier Carlos asked me if i would like to donate i just wanted to leave at this point said no i would not like to donate then tells me they don’t have change at the moment and asked me if i had a card to pay i did not have a card on me then tells me i can’t have a drink i told him why don’t you give it to me for free since i did have to wait long he laughs and says “why would i do that”… I’ll tell you why Carlos cause of customer service is whats most important what is $2.47 for someone who had to wait almost an hour for their order especially since i was originally trying to pay for it. Time is money and i just had to wait almost an hour for my food. If you give me that drink I’m coming back but now I’m never going back there again absolutely horrible experience and the food didn’t even taste good was definitely made in a rush. Change need to be made that place needs to get fixed lucky for them Panda Express has a good reputation everywhere else which is why this place has business definitely never coming back to this location maybe not even going to panda ever again definitely some bill was so close of asking for my money back you guys just got lucky my wife was extremely hungry and i did want her to...

3/23/24 update... as you can see, i want to like this place so i keep giving it chances. so, new manager and kitchen is running faster than ever. shes trying like hell to get this store fixed.

the issues now are corporate level.

soap dispenser was busted open. no soap in men's room. homeless people are coming in, bathing in the restroom and stealing the soap. hey Panda, why don't you lock the bathrooms?!?

homeless people are also walking in through side door and filling their cups and jugs. now you have a health issue. as a paying customer, i ultimately end up paying for this. move the drink dispenser BEHIND the counter.

7/19/23 update.. the panda isnt only asleep, it also lacks common sense. huge backup in MIDDLE of line. why? completed meals stuck in line behind incomplete meals. if a meal is complete and ready to be paid for, move it forward.... duh. needless to say i left.

They should rename this Sleeping Panda. I have yet to go here and experience any form of "express". Come here during lunch or dinner time and you are guaranteed a line out the door. It's FAST FOOD... Where's the "fast" part?!?

The food is actually tasty and portions are fair. If they could get the express part happening, this would be a regular...
