I will start with this being my first time to Twin Peaks, my birthday and referred by a few friends, didn't start off well. The manager of the girls or whoever he was should have gone through everything with them before the doors open with the uniform check and ready to start having the customers greeted and start taking their orders right away instead of having to wait until all that was done making us wait. I was one of the first customers in the door and first order in for the day and as you can see from the picture, I ordered The Hangover burger and fries but I asked for sweet potato fries not the regular ones and you can see that I got regular fries with my burger and she had to go put in for what I asked for. I would expect maybe a mix up later in the day but not as soon as you open. Also girls kept walking by and ignoring customers and not looking at them. The waitress didn't even check back to see how I was doing while I was eating but instead was hanging out with the other girls by the door talking and I was not even done yet eating and she put the check on the table and said whenever I was ready to pay? What if I wanted to order something else? The only thing that was good I have to say was the burger, drink and sweet potato fries. I had this planned out for a number of weeks in advance to go on my birthday and this happened. Makes me not want to go back. The only person who did check to see if everything was ok was, I presume the manager, because he unlocked the door but he asked me from one booth over by the entrance to the kitchen. Not actually walking up to my table and asking me. Definitely in my opinion it didn't live up to the hype that I heard was such a good place to eat. Food yes, everything else, no. Then when I was leaving, not one of the girls who were hanging around by the entrance said Thank you, Have a nice day or Happy Easter or anything. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I have been working at different places where you have to deal with customers and people and even if I am having a good day or not, I always greet them coming in or leaving in a friendly manner. Not these girls. I even said Happy Easter to my waitress after she scooped up the money for the bill and told her I was all set and didn't get any response from her. She just kept walking away.

We go twice a week; This place is very nice, you spend a special time with family and friends; the beer is very cold, the prices are affordable, the girls are very kind and polite, Camila; Brenda; very special; I would only improve the time in the attention when arriving at the table, it takes a long time to take the first order 👍

Three of us went for lunch on a Tuesday at 1 pm. While it was busy, it was not packed. We were seated right away, but then it took nearly 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us and take our drink order, and then it took several minutes (meaning longer than it should) for our drinks to be brought out. We noticed several servers standing around talking to each other, and a few times servers walked past our table, not even making eye contact. We ordered food at the same time as our drinks, because we didn't know how long it might be for our server to come back if we did not order food then. The ticket time for our food was 25 minutes or so, much longer than one would expect, especially since this was in the 1 pm hour on a weekday. If you have only 1 hour for lunch, you will not be able to get in and out of this place if my experience is the norm. The food was good and reasonably priced. I know that management reads these reviews, and I implore management to please improve the customer service in regard to the time it takes from being seated until a drink order is taken. The sooner drink orders are taken, the more likely customers are to order a second or third during their stay. Please figure out a way so that a server knows if a table has had a drink order taken. The food was good, the atmosphere was good (except the music is a bit too loud to carry on a conversation, but maybe I'm in the minority), but please work on the customer service, customer engagement, and ticket times. I know you have only been open a month, but you need to keep working on those areas. I'll definitely return, and will hope that the times to wait for orders to be taken and food to be delivered to the table will be much shorter.

Restaurant Review: Twin Peaks

Nestled in a charming corner of town, Twin Peaks is the ideal destination for anyone seeking a vibrant atmosphere combined with exceptional service and delectable food. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, thanks in no small part to the fantastic experience crafted by Kaylani, the standout bartender.

As soon as I stepped into Twin Peaks, I was welcomed by a warm, rustic ambiance that perfectly complements its mountain lodge theme. The decor is inviting, featuring wood accents and a lively energy that sets the stage for a great dining experience. It’s easy to see why patrons choose this spot to unwind after a long day or to catch a game with friends.

One of the highlights of my visit was, undoubtedly, the drinks. Twin Peaks is renowned for its cold beer selection, and it certainly lived up to the reputation! I indulged in a few local brews that were served chilled to perfection, refreshing and crisp. The extensive drink menu means there’s something for everyone—whether you prefer IPAs, stouts, or classic lagers, you’ll be well taken care of.

Prompt service is another hallmark of Twin Peaks, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Our server was attentive and efficient, ensuring that our drinks were never empty and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. However, the true star of the show was Kaylani, the bartender. From the moment we sat at the bar, she greeted us with a warm smile and an impressive knowledge of the drink menu. She not only made fantastic recommendations based on my taste preferences but also crafted each cocktail with care. Her engaging personality and willingness to chat made the experience feel personal—something often missed in bustling establishments.

The food at Twin Peaks should not be overshadowed by the fantastic drinks and service. The menu boasts a variety of hearty options, perfect for pairing with that cold beer. I tried the signature wings, which were juicy and packed with flavor. The accompanying dipping sauces were a nice touch, allowing for a fun, customizable experience.

Overall, my visit to Twin Peaks was a delightful combination of cold beverages, prompt service, and a lively atmosphere, all enhanced by the exceptional expertise and hospitality of Kaylani. Whether you're looking to grab a drink, watch the game, or enjoy a delicious meal, Twin Peaks offers an experience that is sure to impress. I plan to return soon for another round and to see what other delights the menu has in...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 Stars - A Night to Remember at Twin Peaks!

If you're looking for an unforgettable experience with top-notch service, look no further than Twin Peaks, where the incredible Kristin and Gianna M are redefining what it means to be the best in the business. These two bartenders are not only the most stunning faces behind the bar but also the heart and soul of this establishment.

From the moment you walk in, Kristin and Gianna greet you with warm smiles and an energy that instantly makes you feel at home. Their charisma is unmatched, and their ability to make every guest feel special is truly a gift. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, they treat everyone like family, and that’s what sets them apart.

Let’s talk about their skills behind the bar—flawless. Kristin’s precision in crafting cocktails is an art form. She knows the menu inside and out, but what’s even more impressive is her ability to create custom drinks tailored to your preferences. Gianna, on the other hand, is a master of mixology with a knack for recommending the perfect drink to match your mood. Together, they’re an unstoppable duo, keeping the drinks flowing and the vibes electric.

But it’s not just their talent that makes them stand out—it’s their personalities. Kristin’s quick wit and infectious laugh will have you smiling all night, while Gianna’s genuine kindness and attention to detail make every interaction memorable. They’re the kind of bartenders who remember your name, your favorite drink, and even ask how your week has been. It’s this personal touch that keeps customers coming back for more.

And yes, let’s address the obvious—Kristin and Gianna are absolutely gorgeous. But their beauty is more than skin-deep; it’s their confidence, their passion for what they do, and their ability to light up the room that truly makes them the best-looking bartenders in the game.

Twin Peaks is lucky to have them, and anyone who gets the chance to be served by Kristin and Gianna is in for a treat. They’re not just bartenders—they’re the stars of the show. Do yourself a favor and stop by Twin Peaks to experience the magic for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Cheers to Kristin and Gianna M—the dynamic duo who make every night at Twin Peaks legendary! Also TIM is kinda tight too! 🍻✨
