Sauce Boss Burger Co. - moved to downtown — Restaurant in Brent

We have visited this place 3 times and the 3rd time is unfortunately our last and we didn’t even get to eat the 3rd time! The first time we went it was delicious! Pretty pricey but delicious. 2nd time came back and although the burger was delicious, the customer service was terrible. We were judged on choosing to build our burger for what we wanted on our burger, had to repeat my order 3 times because they were not paying attention to what I was telling them and putting it in the system, and they acted like we were a bother to them even though we were the only customers there at the time and it was not even close to closing time. Figured it was just them having a bad day so we wanted to go ahead and give it a 3rd try. We arrived again not around lunchtime or closing, no one was waiting in line, etc so we thought great, we can order our food, we already know what we want and we can get it and get back on the road. We walked up to the window and a man with a backpack and a woman were sitting at the table in front of the food truck on their phones and we waited there and the woman told us she would be with us but still proceeded to sit at the table on her phone. We waited a little bit longer and watched them continue to be on their phones. We left shortly after as we felt like we were a bother to them, once again, and when we audibly said we are going someplace else, they acted as if it was a relief to them and continued to sit there and be on their phones. For how much everything is, I guess they have to keep up the rising cost to pay their employees to sit around and be on their phones and be rude to their customers than actually keeping customers. Very disappointed as this place had delicious burgers and right off the highway to stop by and go but my family and I will not return to this food...

First time eating at the truck. Great vibe from the owners and the cooks. We were greeted, menu was explained, entered a contest and got swag all before ordering! I like that much more than learning the menu thru the window, especially if there’s a line.

I got the monthly special, a pizza burger. Not an ordinary pizza burger. It was fancy, but not too fancy. Burger patty (Medium Rare) was cooked perfectly. Just the right size too, big enough to feel full, and easy to eat.

Sauced with the right amount of pizza sauce from another local artisan shop, fried pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and a tasty zesty house made pepperoni aioli. Bomb.

The trucks attention to fresh ingredients from the sauces, bun and everything else showed. Foodie, but not overly foodie for the sake of being foodie. Just good eats.

Coming in at $16 with a ample portion of fries, it was well worth the price and I didn’t feel food truck price gouged.

Can’t wait to try the other burgers! And judging from the steady line, others can’t too!

What I really liked was the friendly owners /hosts that greeted and explained the dishes. I think more trucks should do this, it makes it much easier as a customer.

I had never been to this particular food truck before. I'm at the owner yesterday in my work at the Gulf breeze Walmart. Seems like a really nice guy. I swear beyond everything I've ever tasted this would be a meal that if they existed would make the Norse Pantheon proud.

Indeed Thor would be rolling on the ground laughing and mouthful of very delicious boss burger. The meat was so succulent The bread extra fluffy, decently priced too. If you do go there get the loaded tater tots. A cranberry style sauce with bacon and fried collard greens. Oh my gods. When I go to Valhalla in the afterlife I hope they serve these burgers up there.

Staff is super super friendly, even better than most other places you'll go if you want a good burger. And Tori, the Amazon woman that works there, is definitely a rockstar. If anything she should be a manager if she's not already and get a promotion. Her sales pitch was amazing.

If I could I'll give this place an eight-star review, but one thing for a certain I am definitely burning my family...
