

A group of about 20 of us total went to this place to have a good time and celebrate a birthday. 14 of us purchased 3 races each and the rest bought food and drinks. Every single race we did, each lap either the race officials slowed the carts down or stopped the race ( no safety incidents ) & we’re giving us broken go karts which took over half the race to get their attention to swap out. Both race 1 & 2, they just recycled the broken karts. During the stopped session cart #46 i literally had to tighten the bolts on the steering wheel washer that held in the loose steering wheel. Kart was so sketchy and they recycled it back in line lol
We complained to manager 1 ( tall fella bushy hair never gave his name) who said only 1 of us could get another race due to technical difficulties however, the whole entire group missed out on their race and the carts were cut to 1/4 power or all the way off. The manager was ignoring everyone else that was at the counter trying to justify and explain the situation.
He then let us leave, no resolution we stepped out to the concession area where manager 1 was conversations with manager 2 (gray hair gentleman also didn’t give his name)
We then plead our case with manager 2 and his excuse was “ it’s Saturday, the carts are the most beat up” which is clearly no excuse. They’re electric carts.
2nd i had time sheets from race #1 where we got a few fast laps in before they started cutting power and stopping where we were all in the 21-23 second range and the 2nd we were literally double and the excuse we were given again was that it was Saturday.
The 2nd manager ended up throwing his hands up and saying “ just give it to them, we don’t agree but i will give them to you guys” i politely thanked them for the resolution and was cold shouldered.
Only to find out when we went to use them, they never set it up so we had to wait and get the manager once more.
Once the 3rd rave went THEY CUT THE POWER & STOPPED THE RACE AGAIN!!! literally the reason we all were in it to begin with. To the point where people from our group had to exit the track due to frustrations from the way this track was being ran.
We aren’t the average group that goes just to drive, we go to set times that’s the fun for us, the website, social media and all advertisement point to being able to accomplish that goal. Saftey situations should be the only reason the race gets slowed or stopped, we had no saftey issues in our race everyone was clean every attempt we got on the track.
We were disappointed as a group, we spent a lot of money and drove to a completely different city to expierence this and we were robbed of our time & the expierence. We don’t see ourselves coming back and spending our hard earned money when we were advertised a false experience.
If you don’t take karting even remotely seriously, this won’t affect you. However if you or your buddies have any slight competition edge don’t expect to get it sorted out here, they’ll slow and stop the racing and leave you wondering why you spent...
Read moreI cannot begin to express my disappointment in what we experienced tonight. We booked a birthday party with a private room for my son. We paid a deposit over a week ago. When we arrived there was a ton of people already at the faculty that were waiting to ride. They had been waiting for 3-4 hours, and many were upset and complaining. The front staff assured us that we would not have to wait as we booked a party in advance. We waited almost 1 hour for our ride, and the staff could not figure out who our party was. So we had to go out there 2 more times before they issued us the ride cards. The manager told us there was be a significant wait, but the front desk woman said we would have a 5-10 minute wait. It was beyond disorganized. There was no party host in the room at all, and I finally complained again, and they said we would be next. We finally got in the carts at 4:50. 1 hour and 50 minutes after we got there. Once the kids were in the carts, the owner of the faculty and staff decided it was a good time to close the track to do some repairs to the AC system. They told us our kids would be in sitting the cars for 3-30 minutes as they did repairs. I got upset, and told them we wanted to leave and get a refund. They decided to let us continue the ride instead of waiting for the repairs, but the fact that they thought that was acceptable is beyond me. By that point, the whole crowd of people on the sidelines was upset and telling them they wanted refunds, and they said no refunds, but they would give them credit for next time they come back. Keep in mind these people had waited 3 plus hours at this point. We initially paid for party with 3 rides, but could only do two rides since we got on the track so late. The front staff was unorganized, and the go cart staff was great but they were stressed and stuck in the middle. The go cart tracks were fun once they got to ride, but I can never recommend this place for a party after what happened to us. I would suggest if you choose to go to this facility to be prepared for extremely long wait times and employees that are not organized at all. Read moreI have mixed feelings. Held my twins 10th birthday party there. The kids had a great time. The parents...not so much. PROS: Clean, 2 tracks & two different speeds of go karts (adults & juniors), our party package provided kids 2 races (12 lapse each time), party rooms available (also on the con list below) arcade area, plenty of seating, food and drinks available for purchase, accommodating staff, (we went over the max number allowed for our reservation (10 kids) so there were not enough junior carts. They split our group into two so everyone could race. It worked out because 10 kids on the track at one time would have been too crowded. CONS: Pricey with a difficult and long check-in (but for a party, this was expected). For a group events make sure you have everyones first and last name bc they need it for the race leaderboard), drink ticket (part of party package) - the kids lost them, got their drink early so they had nothing once food was served). Thank god I broke the rules and brought in a mini cooler with some waters and juice boxes. For groups they should just place beverages/pitchers in the party room. Party Room is not available at check-in. They schedule it so you go cart first and your room is provided at a designated time after racing. (even though our room was empty). The problem is that you have supplies, a cake, balloons, gifts...and no where to put everything. And my biggest complaint was the lack of guidance/facilitation during check in. As the host you want to ensure things run smoothly. They did not know which room we were assigned, parents sat at the wrong track bc we were not informed of the difference. We were instructed to have everyone sign waivers at the back computers. So my guests and I complete that - then I'm told the birthday boys waivers are not complete...to learn that our waivers need to be completed at the front computers. You get the picture. So would I return. Yes, but only with my kids. Future birthday parties...
