Many of my favorite card games have been replaced with games that are more highly profitable for the house. The games I enjoyed were almost no profit for the house and enjoyable entertainment.
The new game's odds are strictly in favor of the house and the pay outs are few. Yes, there are winners but, fewer.
The slots are tight, I was there 3 evenings for about 5 hours each day. There were NO big jackpots won. There were few people I met and chatted with while playing that heard or saw any jackpot winners contrary to the reader board at player's club. There were no ... None ... Postings of names and pictures of jackpot winners.
I did not meet one person ... At all that was walking out with any winnings. Not a single person was happy or enjoyed the slot play. The machines odds and pay outs when you did win a line or jackpot were often enough to cover your bet. Literally, I won several bonus rounds at Lock Link or several different Fortune games that were less than $10. And I was betting a lot from $0.88 and lost all spins ... Over $800.00 on max bet spins without a single win of any kind. Not one single match above my bet. Doe about 20 hours of play for 5 or 6 straight days during our conversation here.
The food in the restaurant ., Hmmm. The burgers were often a tasty good value. But, the chicken wings are to be avoided at all costs. Don't waste your money on the wings. I'm the kind of guy that grew up really poor and was Lucky to have meal at school or home. So, I grew up eating everything put in front of me. I worked in labor camps for road crews and had meals not fit for prisoners of war.
And the chicken wings here, I did Not eat 3/4ths of what was served. They were tasty on the outside first bite. But, the inside ... Tasted and had the consistency of a dirt clod. Or deep fried mud.
Most of the time the place was empty. Like everyone knew, the regular players, the food was bad. So,stay away.
The staff was great. But, they couldn't help with the player's club's readers on the slots. This is dead serious, about 1/2 the machines would not register my player's card for played points. When the machine did not accept my card I turned on the service call and about 20% of the time no one came for over 10 to 15 minutes. I started to time them. When I told them how long it took them to get to me and I showed them my clock running on my phone. One guy actually argued with me. Almost every tech showed me their digital response time notice which showed under 3 to 5 minutes. But, they could not explain why when I showed them the timer and videos of the starts and their arrival was over 10 minutes why their computer records shows always 3 minutes or less. Second they could Not fix the player's card readers without taking down the machine and they could not shut down the machine. So, you either play and do not get points or find a machine that does.
Overall value here ... No longer exists. I will...

Let me first say the most positive comment I can make about this place is BRANDY!!... she’s a blonde pit boss that’s normally around Blackjack or Baccarat.... she has the best attitude and energy this dark place has! I hope she gets nothing but great things come her way in life😎....
Now here’s why this place deserves 2 stars...
I come here a lot and there is a gentleman that tends the restroom and is super weird acting.... to the point I will either wait or use a different bathroom. He makes me extremely uncomfortable ... and it happens frequently... I can’t pronounce his name ... it’s starts with a “Lou......” he is short with glasses. Never fails how super uncomfortable this guy makes me feel ....he stares at me like a piece of meat and circles the stall I may be in. The first time I notice this , I didn’t think much of it but it happens every time.
Second is the food. The dining sucks. I mean you can get decent wings at the Flying Cow but at the other dining strip, the food looks old and one of the sandwich makers is completely lost and non customer service oriented. It seems that small talk with other co workers is more important than me .... the customer ... that probably just lost a ton of money.... but yeah they need to revamp the food with better and healthier choices.....
Third is “a” dealer insulting you about tips. I’ve met some really nice and genuine dealers. I also generously tip accordingly.... I had a dealer by the name of Shemika ... please excuse if spelling is wrong ..... put me on blast about not tipping her because I landed a perfect match. Now what made this situation awkward is this dealer is from Haiti and there were guys sitting with me and they were laughing and patronizing me with the dealer in their language when she made her comment. I felt humiliated. What she didn’t know is I lost $2000 that day and was at least trying to get a win without pressure. I will never play at a table with that dealer there again.
Fourth is using the player’s club card. They pressure you to use it but do not log your losses. I’ve lost probably over $15 thousand dollars and I’m still a gray card with no comps or perks. Make sure you are logged for losses ... no matter how busy pit bosses may seem to be.
Overall this place needs some training for employees. Better food. Better live entertainment. Otherwise this is a dark gloomy depressing place to with the exception of Brandy ...she’s like a ray...
Read moreI have been going here for over 3 years now. Gambled a lot of money. I learned a few things about this organization. First off do not think you will win anything at all of all you bring is $100-$800. You will lose. It will not be entertaining, and it will be short lived. This casino does not value those types of customers. But, if you gamble over $100k a year here, then you will get to “experience the hard rock”. They can’t pay the people betting $1-$5 because they have to take that money to pay the guy betting $2000 a spin. Never play cards at a table you can’t see the cards get shuffled. No need to explain conspiracy’s on this one. It’s common sense. Auto Shuffle machines are scams. They use them to insure they never lose. But again, if you gamble over $100,000 a year You will never have to deal with an automatic shuffling machine. This is a tactic only used for the lowest end gambling. Moving on to promotions, again only a select few will ever win this it does not matter if the promotion is for $100 free play or a new car. Normal customers will not be included in this. Even if you gamble $100 a week the whole year. You will still be considered as a donor. However, if you are from a different state or country they will let you win this prize knowing it will be hard for you to collect it due to tax reasons. Morale of the story is this is not a place of fairytales. It is place set up to take your money, a for the few in the “circle” will win. Take a look at you favorite YouTube gambler. In every video they win. How? You see the casino does not care if they pay him/her a $10000 major. Because they know, that you will see this and then believe that you can do it to. After a week that same video will have over 1,000,000. Which is great marketing and advertising. Which they have a fund for. But instead of paying these people real money, they “allow” them to win, and the winnings is considered payment. Be...
