I went into Home Depot, but almost regret it! (For the record, I like Home Depot a lot and usually have a good experience at other locations. I usually avoid this location even though it's the one closest to my home) They didn't have most of what I needed and the store is always trashed! I suppose one could blame Covid for not having stocked shelves but there is no excuse for the store consistently looking like trash! I could be wrong but I suspect it's simply the area the store is located in. I say that for 2 reasons - Home Depot stores in other areas usually produce a MUCH nicer experience AND most of the stores in the area (of any type) consistently look like trash as well.(again, this is the area I live in, shop in, etc) There was one positive thing about my visit that kept me from giving 1 star. The ONLY reason I'm rating my visit 3 stars is because an older gentleman employee did his very best to try to find what I needed, and he seemed to do it with a smile. He even checked other stores for me without me having to ask.(I didn't have the heart to tell him that I was going to Handyman Hardware instead, because it's closer than the next closest Home Depot store) Almost every time I'm in that particular Home Depot location I find employees that have a bad attitude and/or are just flat out lazy and rude! I'd suggest doing what I do, which is driving way out of your way to avoid the Florissant Home Depot location and go to almost any other location! Most Home Depot locations are great, but I'd avoid this one if at...

This is not true if you go to a schnucks grocery store in a more affluent neighborhood. You will walk in and see fruits, veggies, and healthy snacks. The Cross keys location, the Dunn rd location, there are more but have unhealthy food items and even alcohol being marketed at the entrance.
North County as a whole but specifically the communities of 63135, 63136, 63138, have the highest ER admittance rates, highest diabetes rates, and hypertension rates in all of Missouri. There is no reason unhealthy foods and alcohol should be marketed towards individuals and families of this community. Especially when you don't market the more affluent areas...
Read moreThey are not doing enough to respect Covid-19. Were not requiring masks, had placements for social distancing but all the lines ran together and you were shoulder to shoulder with people not wearing masks. I already had limited what I buy here because the store manager had replaced an expired yoghurt that I turned in, every one of that size and brand was expired, he put it back in the case so someone that does not check dates would purchase it. This last experience was the final straw for me. I will never...
