Everyone in all departments is extremely knowledgeable in the transition to a purchase of a motorcycle. I test drove numerous bikes over a period of 3 weeks in constant communication and a hundred mile commute each way. Their selection is great to meet the needs of all people but to think a man would return and drive so far is testament to the service to listen and to have the patience and let the process find it's path to the open road! I offer this thought to all those who shall read and ask you take your time and find a bike that you want.The one that makes you feel comfortable, the one that will take you on your own personal Journey. For me the miles that I seek I had to drive to find and then in all that transition I can honestly say because of "Open Road Harley Harley-Davidson" and the personal care and commitment of every each staff member from financing, sales, parts, clothing and service department all working together to help me find what I was looking for eventually presented itself and the bike is now in my garage. Also, may I add there are no really lingering thoughts. Did I buy the right one? Did I pay too much? I am completely satisfied and I thank you all for the patience for allowing me to feel that customer King! One more that I think you might like to read for I also lost my wallet when I was there and I had to return the following day to retrieve. All my credit cards and all the money that I had with me was still in my wallet safe and secure. Thank you management and all people there for your extreme honesty. I came in on a Friday afternoon after looking briefly online at both new and pre-owned bikes they had on the lot. I wasn't planning on making a purchase that day and I new that they were busy for the 120th. I found a bike I liked sitting outside and Jenna came out and greeted me and got me on a test ride. Needless to say, I fell in love with the bike at first ride but I was still apprehensive about the monthly payment. Jenna was very understanding and asked me where I wanted to be with my monthly payment. The sales manager Dylan came out and greeted me and said he could get me where I wanted to be by giving me extra for my trade which wasn't even a Harley!
All of the dealership employee's made my purchase extra-special with the bell ringing experience and I cannot say enough about everyone! Alanna in finance helped me with the paperwork and went through different coverage options for my new bike. She was very patient and understanding. Mike in parts helped me order a new set of pipes for my bike and he was very kind and funny. Jenna also introduced me to the lovely ladies in motor clothes and BigNasty in service so I was familiar with the service process.

We traded in our Road King for an Ultra Limited in March with the help of Brittany, just prior to the ownership change. That was an awesome process, and we were treated like royalty, by the way, the bike is amazing! Shortly after I worked with Lori to coordinate a benefit ride for my buddy Rob who has Brain cancer. Lori helped us get the planning going and then the sale happened. In comes Jason, new GM, who was more then happy to keep our ride rolling even when it conflicted with their Grand Reopening event this past weekend. He put Samantha in charge of our event, she was easy to work with, responsive, and helped us put on a successful benefit, even with the rain! Step back a weekend to Jaimi, Motor clothes Manager, who set me up with rain gear for the event (even calling several other stores to find me boot covers) and worked with my wife to put together nine raffle bags for the benefit. Jaimi was incredibly helpful (I think we took two hours of her day), just amazing customer service and why I will always buy from Open Road first. The nine gift bags raised some incredible money for Rob. Great Family atmosphere, and they always make you feel welcome.
