Ordered delivery 10 mins to close for delivery. Not a problem they say. 1.5 hours later no food insight and no answer at store. Next day called asked what happened. They said we didn't have a driver so they cancelled the order and never called to let us know. They said they called but they said must've called the wrong number, ya right!! They said I must be mistaken and to check my call log, really!! It's like calling us liars without saying it. The person in charge said they can't do anything to resolve the issue. We said the we will leave a bad review then. Funny 3 mins later the called and left a voicemail saying the will give $15 credit. It's not about the credit as much as the point on how it was handled. This is the worst part, I asked for the store manager tried to explain and I couldn't get one word in with this guy. Very inconsiderate, rude and didn't care what I had to say. I ask for his Area coach or district manager to call me concerning this. He kept asking why over and over. I tried to explain and he said don't make a big deal over this and said where can I send your pizza to shut me up. He said where can I send the pizza at least 12 times interrupting me over and over. I spoke to him in a calm and peaceful demeanor. Once again it's not about free food it's about the principle of all this. I ask for pizza hut corporate number he replied, why? Over and over. I don't need to tell them why, you just do it. Then I ask him for his name or even first name and refused to tell me. Robert the store manager kept insisting on me to take the food and quit making a big deal about it. Not perfessional at all. If he would've just given me the information it wouldn't have turn into a big deal, he pushed for it to become a big deal. I found it had to believe he was a manager of any kind the way I was treated. I wasn't treated like a person more like a kid who was grounded if not worse. I contacted the Oshkosh location to get his name and the district managers name as well as corporate phone number without a hassle or questioned why. I gave my number to pass on to the district manager to contact me. They said to give it up to 24 hours for him to respond. It's been 36 hours and haven't heard a thing. You can't treat customers like that and they wonder why they are closing hundreds of stores around the country. I won't be ordering from them in Fond du lac ever again and I suggest to others not to as well. I call for Robert to be let go from this store as he isn't a manager, more like someone trying to protect himself from mistakes he made and can't own up to them. Read moreThe night of 12/9/2015 I guess first impressions is everything, they were playing heavy metal music. Ok no big deal they change the music and we ordered pizza. The pizza came out the crust was so white the pizza didn't even raised. My ordered was two stuffed crust hand tossed pizzas. Which didn't have much of taste and seem like a thin crust. While waiting for pizza i feed my 6 month old son in their high chair which the first one had broken straps to secure him so went and grab the other available high chair which was so disgusting, I tried cleaning it with baby wipes but after 5 I gave up. I put blankets over it before I put my son in it to feed him. I have work the restaurant business. I know what it's like when you walk into a place and people don't give a s*. this is the feeling I got while I was there. I talk to the manager which was our server if the high chairs were acceptable in his opinion. he didn't know what to tell me. My wife called back again at 6:30. The lady put my wife on hold after sitting on hold for 15 minutes I had got up and went to the store. I walk in and see 6-7 employees standing around 1 on the phone. 1 making pizza's. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone talked to me. Than I told the lady kindly I'm just going to pick my order up instead of delivery. She said hold on let me look for it. Goes back to the baxk comes out like 5- 10 minutes after this now. Says we messed up it isn't even in the oven yet. I asked for a refund. Than the lady got really rude. Was like we are all drivers so bare with us please.
