Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

So my family came in for lunch ..well, my daughter and I ordered the 10 piece wings .. from when I walked in and ordered the manager was taking a drive thru order and from what I heard is she is very loud tone..from the speaker..so after we got our wings my daughter told us that her wings were still cold so I touch them and they were still frozen!?? How and not the cook could tell. Unfortunately, they used to tossed the sauce with the wings. Now they separate sauce from the wings..so i went to the counter, I asked the cashier lady to touch the wing and she said wow!! I said they are cold, and why is that? They are cold, like barely even warm, like frozen cold. So the first lady was nice enough to tell that they'll remake them. But we couldn't wait longer for any new ones to cone out we had to leave so the manager came up idk if she just had a bad daybor whatever.,but I was either looking for a refund or a rain check , but she decided to refund the amount to back to my daughter's card..I said why didn't you give me that option if that refund is going to take 3daysbto go back on the card!!? I told her yall gave her freaking frozen wings!!? And which wasn't our fault yall should've told me different options, but this is just outrageous, and yes, I got upset, and I would be very upset as well if this was to happen to somebody else that got served frozen wings!! I'm never going back to this location..and wouldn't recommend that people go here..I just imagine if my daughter would've got very sick from the chicken nit...

We moved out of state 2.5 years ago. Where we moved, there was no Rockys which is my favorite pizza. We moved back a month ago. Today, we finally got a chance to stop and grab some for the whole family, an over $50 dollar order. While trying to place the order, the blonde girl working the drive thru was extremely rude, asking "is that all?" after each item. We informed her each time that there was more, but she continued to interrupt, even rudely and obnoxiously cutting me off and repeating half of the order and telling me to pull around when we weren't finished ordering. Finally get the order made, and with blatant attitude and eye rolling, takes my card rudely, hands it back rudely, and continues talking to whoever was in the back. Literally acting like we are bothering her, hands our food and drinks to us, still with attitude and angry glaring. She must not understand that customers pay her paycheck. No please, no thank you. Just flat out attitude. The pizza was mediocre and the breadsticks were cold with one of the side orders of them being hard and stale. If I wasn't a rockys fan, I'd have given a 1 star review. Bad attitude having eggs like this girl are the reason for businesses failing and no repeat customers. It's sad, because we used to order 2 whole family sized pizzas a week to take home on Fridays and unless something is done about the staffs attitude, we will not...

The Skinny: Great chain pizza by the slice or options to order a whole pizza. Good place to bring the family and feed everyone at a reasonable price while receiving high quality food.

The Good: -The Pizza: It's obviously important to have great pizza at a pizza place and this place does. The sauce is flavorful and appropriately portioned on the pizza. The cheese is a great blend with tons of flavor. The toppings taste fresh and properly portioned. -Bread sticks: Delicious, buttery, savory bread sticks and a cup of their wonderful pizza sauce to dip them in. These are a family favorite. -The Salad Bard: Fresh items on the salad bar are a great addition to the pizza you'll eat. -Atmosphere: This has a great small town pizza place feel. With custom movie posters featuring their mascot and classic style booths and tables, it feels very welcoming. -Prices: These are reasonable. If you're getting more than 3 slices I would suggest you look at ordering a whole pizza. It can be more economical.

The Bad: -Rarely there can be a wait for the pizza you want.

Not Reviewed: -The Pasta; I have not had it.

Overall: I have yet to be dissatisfied when visiting this pizza chain. My wife and I always try to stop when were close by a Rocky Rococo's Pizza & Pasta. We wish they would open a location...
