909 Jumpers and Party Rentals — Attraction in Fontana

PLEASE READ I rented from this company and I wish I never did. This company does not even disinfect their Jumpers/Slides! Three of my kids, and my nieces and nephews all contracted Pink Eye due to this waterslide (30 ft. RipTide Slip and Slide). I called this company and let them know exactly what was going on and asked if they disinfect it and let them know that no one disinfected this waterslide in front of me or anyone in my family that was present.

What did this person tell me? They were accusing me as to why my kids received pink eye. They were saying that someone in my family have given them pinkeye. I speak to my family members each and every day, I saw my family members the day of none of them had pinkeye. The next day afternoon after they played with the waterslide as once I started seeing the pink eye.

We have rented from other companies and have NEVER EXPERIENCED this from anyone else.

I rented the 30 ft. RipTide Slip and Slide, for any future rentals from anyone that rents from this specific waterslide, please ask the company to disinfect it right in front of you. These people are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, any other jumper rentals in the Fontana, Ontario, Rialto, Rancho Cucamonga, or San Bernardino area has been more than professional where as 909 Jumpers just accuses your family of being dirty and does not take the fault or apologizes for their unprofessionalism. Their lack of common sense, the horrible customer service, and they use a cell phone as their primary phone number to contact them? Unprofessionalism at its finest.

I paid $25 as a deposit, the deposit doesn’t even go towards the total for the rental. Only five dollars goes towards the total!

THEY ENTERED MY MOMS HOME WITH NO PERMISSION. Instead of them knocking on the door, calling the second number I have on file, they just entered my mom‘s home, goes to the backyard and picks up their equipment. The cameras in my moms home shows them not even trying to attempt to knock on the door or if see if someone will answer.

We rented a large inflatable climbing wall/slide from 909 Jumpers for a Sunday morning/afternoon event at our church, and everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

The team arrived on time, set everything up efficiently, and made sure the inflatable was clean, secure, and ready for action well before our guests arrived. The climbing wall and slide were a huge hit with the kids. It did get rather hot in the sunshine that afternoon, so we made sure to warn the children (and parents)--most were not deterred by this and still had a blast!

We highly recommend 909 Jumpers for any church event or gathering. I plan to book with them again...

I HIGHLY recommend this company for your party needs! My brother n law and sister were having a baby shower for my nephew and his girlfriend and the rental place never showed up to drop off the water slide amongst other things they reserved. I called and they were so helpful and for a small fee they were able to deliver a water slide within the hour. So when the kiddos showed up they were good to go! The guys that came to set up were extremely friendly and the person I spoke with was so helpful. You can’t go wrong when booking with these guys. They really came thru and saved our party because we were so close to canceling the event....
