I had purchased with them about three different times and this time my experience was horrible I ordered a living room set at the beginning of December that was going to get custom made when they came to deliver my items one of the drivers was not having it and threw my furniture around and broke it so they had to take it back I understand it was not the company's fault but they would not give me updates on when my furniture was going to be returned when it actually was bought back one of them was still broken and they had to take it back when I called the Fontana location to ask for details when I would get my stuff back they would say that they would ask around but they had to let me go because there was new customers in the store in other words since I had already made a purchase I was no longer their priority the people in the store were their priority now I got the last couch delivered and the quality is horrible you cant lean on the sides because you hear a plastic dent in and the material looks like it has been slit it upsets me because I really like this place but the customer service is horrible now and the quality is horrible too you're better off spending your money somewhere else where they actually care about...

Went back in the morning and the same employee who quoted me the price went to get the manager who told me the price was actually $100 more than I was quoted, a full 30% increase. When I told him I was told a different price, no compromise was offered and he was actually extremely rude and the woman who had quoted me straight out lied and said I was never told any such price even though she confirmed the price with another employee right in front of me the night before. I would have been willing to pay more had some compromise been offered, say meeting in the middle and knock of $50. But no. Instead they were rude, and spoke in Spanish in a derisive tone while standing in front of me, and permanently lost my business after this. Do not go here.
