McMahon Auditorium — Attraction in Fort Carson

We came to McMahon theater for the play Last Out (awesome!). As handicapped (in wheelchair) my husband's needs were kindly recognized starting in the parking lot. A man carefully watched for traffic at the corner street crossing. Doors were held open at entry, we were warmly greeted, then personally escorted inside the auditorium to scope seating options for the wheelchair and me. After the play we had a brief pleasant exchange with the mgr who, again, held the door as we exited. Perfect place to hold events from awards ceremonies to 350-1 training. This place has advanced audio visual capabilities that includes a digital camera capable of live broadcast. Bill, the auditorium custodian, AV guru (sorry, didn't ask his official title) is highly knowledgeable, very helpful, and incredibly pleasant to work with. He is also an SF Veteran! This place is probably an ok establishment if the seating weren't as tight as Jennifer Coolidge's face after a fresh round of Botox. Beyond that it is forever associated with being sat in a room with a bunch of 18-35 year old iPad babies who can't sit through an oration without looking at 497 Instagram posts....
