GameStop Military — Local services in Fort Carson

Came in to see if they had any Prismatic evolutions in stock only to overhear a female worker encouraging a customer to purchase as much as possible the next time he sees them in store and that if she sees them she contacts her husband to purchase them for her. This behavior is unprofessional, and they should be disappointed. I called before for information on when they'd receive more and was told they dont know. So, we don't get an answer for when they'll come in stock, but they have zero issue telling someone who will get it for them. Due to their selfishness, we lose out on the opportunity to purchase anything. I've been waiting weeks to get something for a child, and apparently, that won't be happening because of selfish workers like her. Who do what benefits them and encourage other people to do the same. Every time I go to this GameStop the employees are always on their phone. They never greet you or make you feel welcomed. I only go there to see if they have pokemon cards and they are always out of them. I came in today and saw a box full of 3 pack blisters. When I asked if they were for sale he replied with "no, we only have a couple battle decks left." The employee didn't even look me in my eyes when he said it. I also hear that the employees hide them all for either friends, family or themselves. Not only are they withholding product, they are lying to their customers. If I could rate this store a 0, I would. I do think this GameStop needs to hire better employees because the current ones...

Every time it feels like the same experience. Employees don’t have an understanding of the current promos or they don’t realize they’re outdated and signs are still up everywhere, so you get excited and start shopping for a while only to realize they’re not valid anymore and it can’t be honored. Worked in retail for YEARS so my advice is to make sure everyone is customer focused, pause tasks to greet people entering, and ensure all employees have an understanding of the promos and end dates. It’s the only GameStop on post so we’ll keep coming, but come on. The positive is the store is kept clean and no trash/debris...
