My husband put his order in to get his name tapes sewn on to his uniform, no issue we’ve done it several times. We were suppose to pick up that following Tuesday. He made sure to pay for it, I’m advance since he was going away for training for a few days and wouldn’t be able to pick up. I go in and pick it up, and immediately seen that it was my name above not our last name....on the sales receipt copy my name is at the bottom so they would know I was the spouse picking it up for him. Then they go on saying the can’t be blamed because my names at the bottom that says (wife picking up) and kept going on and on saying my husband messed up and how were they suppose to know even though it says above the last name that needs to be sewn on....I was even trying to argue with them just fix the mistake and I’ll come back to pick it up. Upon purchase, the soldier did receive all the pieces to the uniform. It's funny how she left out that she was having a big attitude towards the alteration shop workers and the MCSS manager.
