Food was good. When we walked up it seamed like they were trying to hide from us I didn’t feel welcomed. I asked if they were open and they said yes. I did reply nicely and oh ok good I just didn’t feel like you were. The lady who took my order was super nice. The cook was just there and the lady who puts the sauces threw my stuff on there and laughed and looked at the cook. As I got my food and walked away I saw all 3 of them looking at us and talking. I felt so uncomfortable and sad that they made me feel scared to eat my food. I was all happy and the way they treaded us just ruined it. They had one more hour to close I’m so sorry to the workers who were working and I asked to buy food. 😫 the date and time was July 10th 2023 6:00pm

Read moreI have visited this Charley's twice and both times been quite disappointed. Thought the first time was a one time circumstance but no I got poor service and food both times. The meat portions are significantly smaller at this Charleys than others I have visited in the recent past. And the customer service is far from satisfactory. For instance I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with NO onions and they proceeded to cook the chicken with onions. When I informed the cook I ordered this with no onions he rudely responded with "that's not what it says on the screen" and then just scraped the onions off the chicken while also discarding half the chicken for the sandwich. I walked up to the end of the counter where you pick up the food and no one was in line at all. She didnt greet me and said " Order your food over there". I told her I am aware of where the line is but the breakfast menu as I mentioned was on the far left and I was trying to see what they had.
