QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Colorado

June 23 at 1933 got a double wrap burrito. The fat light skin girl there needs to be talked to. She has an attitude and gave me 5 grains of rice after I asked for more. Didnt even fill up my double wrap burrito. It's like I'm eating just tortilla cause she refused to give me decent amounts. Asked for double chicken as well and she gave half a serving for the second scoop. Shes got a serious problem. Talk to her or fire her. Worst service I've had here. Update: Aug 30 not sure if it's the same girl from last time but Briaunna should not be working the frontat the very least. She has an attitude and was doesnt know how to do her job properly. Shes skimpy on all 9f the ingredients so you constantly have to ask for more over and over. Fix the problem, it's not hard to find people who want to work and want to do well...

The Qudoba restaurant location on Fort Carson is the absolute worst! If I could give it zero stars I would. The employees are all extremely lazy, very rude to each other and to customers. The service is extremely slow. Once you get someone to actually start taking the order they make with barely any ingredients and if ordering a burrito you will not have be able to actually eat it without pouring it in a bowl as I have yet to have an employee know how to roll a burrito. When our child accidentally spilt his drink and we asked for a mop it took forever and a lot of gossip just to roll out a mop and bucket then didn't even put up a wet floor sign or mop up all of the spill! Not to mention you are still paying the same expensive price even though you are getting substandard food...

So my mom ordered some food through door dash for my family and I, it was 3 bowls, two quesadillas and one salad, when we went to pick it up everything went well, but got home we realized they'd forgotten the salad and the two queso sides for the quesadilla, so we went back, and asked for the missing items. All of this was fine, mistakes happen and it's fine, but the lady working was so rude. "Fine I guess I'll remake it." Umm... No you didn't even MAKE it in the first place, so there is no "remaking", she made the salad which was still wrong in the end, and then left to go to the room for employees, leaving another male worker to package up the queso. All out rude, I don't know if she thought we were trying to get free food or...
