This GameStop has the absolute WORST customer service! Went in today to exchange my PS5 controller that I purchased here with the protection plan. The two girls working were as rude as they possibly could be! No help what so ever!! Wanted to blame cosmetic damage as the reason why they couldn't honor my plan. I explained to the girl that the controller i purchased was from this store and refurbished. It came with the piece of rubber already torn. She argued with me then told me she needed to test my complaint of stick drift to verify it actually was broken. I will never go back to this store again! The item was not even received by noon the next day either. The employee had no explanation as to why it was not delivered as agreed to when I purchased the item. I cannot return the item as GameStop did not issue a sales receipt to my email nor have I ever received any type of purchase receipt for this sale aside from when I printed off my confirmation page.
