Got there to hang out with some friends, got seated relatively quick. Waitress showed upafter a little bit to take our drink orders. Took the drink orders and we waited for a little bit before getting them, like at least 6-10 minutes. Comes to the table and gives us our drinks and takes our food order. One of the people in our group is allergic to seaweed and when asked not to have anything with seaweed due to the allergy, the waitress acknowledged that she was not to serve her seaweed. She orders so shrimp and some Miso soup. I order steak and fried rice and the others order random foods. Now, let it be known there is no information on the menu regarding the Miso soup contents. So our waitress leaves and brings back the soups, the lady who ordered the Miso soup said the soup was horrible and pushed it away. Another of our crew was there and tasted it and pulled out a giant clump of seaweed. She immediately ran out to get a Benadryl and some water. When the waitress came back she said she didn't know seaweed was in the Miso, even though she was explicitly told not to serve her seaweed. We left it at that for the time being. Food came out real slow, slow enough that my steak was pretty much room temperature. The fried rice had no flavor and after that I didn't want to eat anymore. So after the rest eat their meals, 3 of us asked for our checks, at the time we were a party of 5 and our sixth didn't show up until after we had already gotten our checks, and it was automatic gratuity. Asked and she said it was because we had six people, when we only had five. Very much annoyed, when I asked for my check I asked her to do it a la cart since my food was horrible. They were trying to charge me $29.95 for something that was not only cold, but had no taste. I asked for a manager at this point, and the manager told our waitress to only charge me $18.95 instead. After I got that, I still wanted to talk to the manager about how the waitress almost could have gotten someone killed had another member of our party not eaten the soup and identified the seaweed. Manager finally comes out, "apologetic", and says he is sorry and was more or less making excuses for the restaurant. Should have comped her meal, even though she didn't eat much, and maybe asked for a phone number to check up on her to make sure she was alright today. She has been having issues today at work, and has kept Benadryl on board all day.
Needless to say this was not only a horrible experience, but possibly a dangerous one. No information on the menu for the soups and what is in it, horrible service, and a manager who is not well equipped to deal with these...
Read moreI went to this place about 2 years ago and it was decent. I returned for my daughter's birthday tonight expecting to have a nice time. Took 30 minutes for the waiter to take our order after telling him we needed to order. He forgot my spouse's drink 3 times. Took 40 minutes to get the full appetizer order. It was brought out in small bits. My spouse and son received their meals. My son's noodles were bland and not a combination like we ordered. My spouse received a small amount of cheap chicken with teriyaki sauce drizzled on top. Took another 10 minutes for him to get his rice. My daughter and I waited and repeatedly asked for our meal receiving it forty-five minutes later. Our sushi rolls were terrible. Old avocado and bland. The green tea we ordered was cheap and harsh. They charged us 32 dollars per adult and 16 for my little son. Dinner came to 125 and the receipt had an 18% fee added on as a service charge without permission. Plus they expected a tip. They wanted 145$ for terrible food, terrible service, and flys! The sushi menu was the same 5 ingredients written in different orders. Truly an awful expensive experience for my family. We would not recommend this place to anyone! Not to mention the waiters insulting question " Do you need a spoon" to my spouse while he watched him eat rice with useless chopsticks... absolutely horrendous. We could have eaten far better at a hole in the wall Chinese place and spent a third of the cost. This place is a scam.
Restaurant rules: no sharing, if you leave too much on your plate you're charged market price on top of the 32$ meal cost, and you only have 2 hours to eat.

Read moreToday was my second time here and now during daylight and wow I was grossed out.
My first time was for an anniversary dinner two weeks ago. The hostess told us 5-10 min. After about 25 min and the waiting area being almost empty I finally asked her what’s going on and she said “I call you” no you didn’t. You probably forgot my name. Like? She never turned around to look out way. Also the music was so loud.
We FINALLY got seated all the way in back corner and she didn’t say a word to us. The table and menu were super sticky but whatever I just wanted to have a good time.
Our waitress was awesome and gave us a decorated plate with our dessert that said “congrats”
A friend and I came here today and of course being daylight I could see a lot better. So gross. There was food and sauce all over the floor in the kitchen. The bathroom was horrific. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the handicap stall. Smelled weird. And feminine products sticking out of the trash can.
Anyway went back to my table and the first thing we ordered came fast. But then I had to ask twice for my appetizer and we asked three times for rice and never got it. My 1 year old didn’t get to eat because they wouldn’t bring out the rice…
Now MAYBE I’d understand these issues if they were understaffed. But no. There were maybe 30 employees there, most doing nothing. A bunch of high school or college kids flirting and messing around. No one wearing gloves. Oh and we get plastic silverware? It’s a good deal to eat there but I genuinely feel like the health dept should come. I don’t know if I can stomach coming back. Food was good but the hygiene makes me feel like I’ll get some sickness...
