Guaca-Mole — Restaurant in Fort Myers

Worker was very rude! She stood there and laughed in my face while trying to order. The "manager" at the time was very rude to me and yelled at me multiple times. I tried to order and canceled my order due to poor service. The "manager" yelled at me telling me her coworker did not know English. I lost my appetite at the lack of caring and service to the customers. I will never recommend this restaurant. I would appreciate the name of the owner so I could discuss what poor service I received. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service this location has given. I also speak Spanish. This was very un called for. If I could give a zero star I would. This place made me loose my appetite...

First time here. I ordered there chicken quesadilla. If it's your first time, be aware that they will point towards the additional items and not tell you that it is extra, just ask you if you want any of the additional toppings. I got a cup of water as well. Unfortunately, I was not aware the extra toppings were an additional dollar twenty-five which I don't mind paying I just didn't know about the extra charge. The cashier charged me a dollar fifty for my cup of water which I immediately went back and got my money back. The food was pretty good, but their hot sauce...

I ordered the steak taco trio. As I was waiting in line, I saw a roach crawling in one of the TVs. I was hungry and didn’t want to change lines, so I made the mistake of giving them a chance.

The service was slow and the food was mediocre despite being pretty pricey. The quality of the individual ingredients was good, the steak especially. However the tacos were put together so sloppily that they were a chore to eat, even with a fork. The tortillas were soggy and many of the toppings were cold.

I paid $15 and left pretty dissatisfied. Next time I’ll just go...
