Lightning Strike Bowling has undergone amazing renovations, and the results are incredible. The updated interior looks modern and inviting, and the addition of an open bar takes the experience up a notch. The food is fantastic, and there are plenty of entertainment options, including pool tables and arcade games. If you’re serious about bowling, check out their pro shop. It’s a great spot for hosting tournaments or birthday parties, making it a versatile venue for any occasion. During my visit, I managed to bowl a 208, which was definitely a highlight! My partner and I have a fun tradition of choosing famous couple names, cartoon characters, or anime personas as our player names when we bowl—it adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the game. I highly recommend Lightning Strike Bowling for anyone looking to have a great time, whether you’re a pro or just there for the fun! How does that sound? Would you like to make any tweaks?

Had a lovely time!!! The bowling was great and there are a ton of lanes, but when I snuck away to the bar, the bartender was awesome! Kevin was personable and clearly cares about his job and the business. I mean this in the most positive way, but the actually bowling area is a step right out of the 90’s and I love it. The food was great too!

It's an older bowling alley. Gave an extra star for the staff. He was friendly, comical, and personable. There wasn't much people there on the evening I went. There's an arcade area, snack bar, and the music isn't overwhelming. The parking lot lacks light at night. It's a safety issue. They could do with some fixing up and updating.

We experienced this alley for the first time this past weekend (04/21-04/22), for the Pepsi Tournament. The overall establishment is completely outdated. There were many malfunctions of the pin racking system along with the scoring system. There was so many malfunctions, I would estimated a total time of at least 30 additional minutes was added to tournament play due to the continuous scoring errors, pins needed to be re-racked, and ball returns called to the back.

The temperature Saturday was extremely cold inside, almost to an unbearable temperature. Sunday was much better and more tolerated.

The tournament staff/volunteers was very attentive on Saturday in regards to any needs on the lanes. Sunday was a little bit of a different story, as tournament staff/volunteers were noted to be standing around not paying as much attention, creating more delays in helping the bowlers than what was already occurring.

Bathrooms were disgusting and needed a deep clean. The smell was also radiating outside of the bathroom entrance.

Great job to the staff working behind the grill. For the amount of people they were serving, they kept up pretty well, food was hot, and also taste pretty good considering it was bowling alley food. The only recommendation I would make is to get the cashier a credit card machine so they don't have to continuously run back to the back to process payment. This may help speed along your ordering process.

This establishment might be fine for normal league play or fun bowl, but I would avoid for tournament. Some money definitely needs to be put back into this place for some much needed...

This was MY HUSBAND‘s And‘s first time in Fort Myers Florida and we were lucky enough to go to lightning strikes bowl and we went and an area to eat because we were very hungry. We met very nice manager of the place name Ari and an excellent server/bartender name, John, the atmosphere was very electric. They had a lot of TVs and they were playing every game. MY HUSBAND and I both appreciated. That drinks were super good and when I say that, I mean the liquor was in them I hate all these places that water down drinks and charge you enormous prices my husband had a chicken sandwich that he claims is one of the best he’s ever had and I bit into it and I would have to say the same First Things first it was huge that yummy crispy chicken was all outside of the bun. I think we could’ve had three chicken sandwiches out of that 1 it had good fresh fries. I could tell that they were not frozen. I had a BLT that was good as well , what I was told it served on potato bread because I asked what is this delicious bread .. ( yum ) so they have some fancy things going there .

so you can bowl there eat there and watch the football game and have a good drink and there was plenty of parking when we visit Florida again a place we will definitely go back to ask for the bartender John. He was awesome thank you so much for making people from California. Feel good at Lucky...

From the moment we stepped foot inside, the ambiance was inviting and energetic, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening. The staff were not only professional but also went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

The highlight of the night was, undoubtedly, the bowling experience at Gauge. The lanes were impeccably maintained, providing a smooth and enjoyable game for all skill levels. The state-of-the-art technology added an extra layer of excitement, making each frame more thrilling than the last.

In addition to the fantastic bowling experience, the amenities at Gauge were top-notch. From the well-stocked bar to the delicious food options, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to enhance our enjoyment.
