⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Starbucks on Fowler Street, Ft. Myers, FL
On July 11, 2025—my final day of a virtual medical conference—I visited the Starbucks on Fowler Street in Ft. Myers, FL. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the barista, who kindly asked for my order. I asked for my usual: a Venti Hot White Chocolate Mocha. The wait time was impressively short—under five minutes.
I found a comfortable booth, placed my coffee down, and began setting up my laptop for the conference, which was scheduled to begin in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I had trouble connecting to the store’s free Wi-Fi. After three unsuccessful attempts, I asked a passing barista for help, and she immediately offered to get the manager.
That’s when Ariana stepped in. She greeted me warmly and asked how she could help. I explained my time-sensitive situation, and without hesitation, she offered to troubleshoot the issue on my computer. Within 10 minutes, Ariana had me connected. Her friendly, professional, and helpful attitude truly saved the day—and allowed me to complete my virtual conference successfully.
Not only was the service exceptional, but the drink was perfectly made, the store was clean and welcoming, and the seating was ideal for working comfortably. The positive atmosphere, efficient service, and Ariana’s incredible assistance made this experience truly memorable.
Highly recommended—thank you to the entire team, especially...
Read moreI never post negative reviews and this Starbucks is usually pretty good, that’s why I’m still giving it 3 stars. Friday morning, I mobile ordered my bacon Gouda and drink, came and picked it up, and when I got to work, realized that my sandwich bag with a sticker that said “bacon Gouda” had a scone in it. Weird, but no big deal. I called and told them and asked if they’d throw one in so I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there. I came all the way back and they handed it to me. No apology for the mistake or for me having to drive back. Today, I mobile ordered my drink and sandwich at 9:07am, got there at 9:15ish, my drink was ready but no sandwich, which was fine, so I waited. While waiting, I watched everyone’s sandwiches go out ahead of mine, but the times on their stickers were 9:15, 9:18, 9:22, etc. So she obviously skipped mine. I ask the next available employee (who I think was the manager), he didn’t offer to check mine, but said they were backed up. That’s fine, but at this point I’m pretty sure they skipped mine all together. Finally, at 9:29, he hands me a sandwich (that didn’t have my name so I’m pretty sure they finally realized something was wrong). No apology for the wait or mistake. Now I’m late for work. I understand things happen and I understand it’s a busy time, but I would have appreciated some sort of quick “sorry...
Read more08/09 - Created a mobile order to avoid having to park (as many people do) in their parking area because my car is always too low to see incoming traffic. I get to the window and they ask me to pull around towards the front of the store and someone would walk out my order because my order wasn't ready yet..... I went through the drive thru around 7:22 and now it's 7:31 and I decided to walk inside and my items were sitting there. I thought ordering online would make the process easier, I guess not. Nice staff at the drive thru, but the rest are rude. Don't use their mobile ordering in the morning. They even admitted to some orders not coming through. Not their fault, i suppose, but a waste of my time when trying to get to work. Also don't tell a customer to sit outside for you to bring it to them and the items were inside. Just tell them to come inside. Simple. I go here every morning and this was the worst encounter I've had here. I'll still use them, just not the online ordering.
Also- stop putting so much ice into your iced drinks. My venti coffee or tea eventually is only "tall" since the rest is ice.
Went again today, tried the mobile order and.. paid extra for caramel drizzle and none was there at all....
