Disappointing Experience with Smoothie King in Fort Myers
I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service and quality of the smoothies at Smoothie King located in Fort Myers, Florida. As employees at Hyundai of Fort Myers, we frequently order 5-10 smoothies every other day for our dealership. However, our recent encounter left us greatly unsatisfied.
Today, when we received our smoothies, we were appalled by their taste, which resembled spoiled milk. Concerned about the quality, we approached the staff and kindly requested them to remake the smoothies. To our surprise, not only were the employees uncooperative, but the manager's attitude was incredibly rude.
We were taken aback by the lack of professionalism and the dismissive response from the staff. As customers who spend a significant amount of money at this establishment, we expected a basic level of courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression of Smoothie King and their customer service.
Based on our encounter, we will no longer be returning to this particular Smoothie King location. The inadequate customer service and the disregard for quality are unacceptable, especially in an industry that should prioritize customer satisfaction.

Read more*Update * 0/0 stars if i could. just went today(nov12) and had the worst experience with them i called saying ill be there in 5 min didnt know how to use app so get there i went over my order a bunch of times like 7 and she okay i got then i go get and i ask is there ice cream my smoothie she replied you never said that then she got real rude and saying i shouldn't even be making this right now throwing things around i was there before close and already paid i asked for name cause she was rude wouldn't tell some 17 girl dark skin then asked for the manger and she kept say bye bye finally kept my ground she finally called the owner and got figured out its not that hard to remake my shake that I ordered. ** and not be rude. Probably won't be back tropical smoothie is calling. And I see alot of problems with staffing being rude i see in the reviews that ft myers store don't care about the people come in thats money our your pocket not theresblooks like you some some more management...__Now all other employees are amazing that great with smiles and welcoming.

Read moreThe customer service I received from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left was the absolutely WORST I've experienced. The young lady ABBY needs to be trained on customer service. First thing when I walked in no one greeted me and when I spoke I still didn't get a greeting. When asking her questions regarding the menu she pointed to the menu as if she was getting tired of me asking her questions. I apologized to her for asking questions and informed her that this was my first time visiting and was the reason for my questions. After I purchased my smoothie she did NOT ask me if I wanted my receipt she just walked off to prepare my order. After finishing she just slid my smoothie on the counter and walked away. I then asked for my receipt and she then wanted to go back and forth with me that she asked me did I want my receipt which was not true. She was so dismissive and rude. This was my first time and will be my LAST!! No customer should be handled this way. If the owner reviews this I hope you take this serious and train your employees on the importance of Customer Service. If she or any of your employees are not satisfied with their job then they should not be representing your company with the attitude she displayed this morning.
