Mainstream Boutique Fort Myers — Attraction in Fort Myers

Stay away!!!! They will not take any returns back for what you paid It is store credit only!! I was NOT told this! Their credit card machine was down the day of my purchase and they could not process my sale I had to come back several hours later Bought a lot of stuff there last summer for a family wedding So I went back last week They were so very pushy (Told the clerk I did NOT want help and she kept pushing items anyway) Was looking for pieces for upcoming Christmas parties She brought me a skirt that was way to large I told her it was too big She said to put it in the dryer and shrink it. Really??? It was spandex, but that would have gotten stretched out again. (I could not return it if I listened to her advice). Such a rinky dink place I was told I could return items if they had the tags on She never mentioned store credit only (But it was listed in small print on the receipt which I didn't see, but who reads that small print} BUYER BEWARE!!! Three days later I returned a couple items Was told it was store credit only The clerk was rude and said she told me it was store credit only. She never did! She was working on the credit card machine and said nothing about store credit on the day of my purchase If you find something at the store, make sure it is an item you love and will not return BTW, u can not use credit at any of their other locations,...

Disappointing return policy and regard for visitors - I am not from the area and stopped in the shop while on vacation. I purchased several items. After some additional shopping, I found an alternative outfit and returned to Mainstream to return one of the items. I asked for a refund back on my card and got a credit for the store. I explained that I am not from around this area. That apparently doesn’t matter. Oh but the store credit doesn’t expire - woo hoo....

Love the offerings and staff attention in this boutique in Fort Myers, Colonial Square. They offer Charlie B., Mac and ME, Liverpool, Another Love, Lola Jeans, Tribal Jeans (which is more than jeans), Dex brands and more. Love that the clerk directed me to the 50% off rack and the 20% off section. Plenty of free parking in the area, and be aware that busy times might mean a short walk to the store. Wheel chair accessible, including the dressing rooms....
