Poultry Direct — Attraction in Fort Smith

Great selection of frozen chicken at excellent prices!! In this economy, I can't always afford to buy all my groceries from one place. So I'm always on the lookout for markets with reasonable prices, especially on meat of any kind. This is a great store because they have such a great selection of frozen, fully cooked, and uncooked chicken. Not to mention that the service is top-shelf. The staff is polite and personable. When you shop in their store, you'll feel like you're shopping with friends.

They also offer a limited variety of other novelty items such as chicken and chili crispitos, fried okra, potato wedges, French fries in various styles, and more that's already prepped and ready to be deep fried, or if you're like my family, thrown into the air fryer, or baked.

The outstanding selection of various cuts and styles of precooked and uncooked chicken, along with the frozen sides and treats, makes this store one of my go-to stops after payday.

If you're into hearty and delicious desserts, then you might want to try their holiday treats like the pre-made frozen pies that typically go on sale around the holiday seasons. The chocolate cream pie is my absolute favorite and the best pie I've ever tasted. I'm hoping that they will bring them back again this year. I have been craving another taste since the last one I got last year.

The bottom line is that Poultry Direct is always worth the trip if you're in the area. Other big-name retailers can't even come close to the great deals you'll find there. I love their variety and prices, sad to see the BOGO sales are gone for the most part but due to inflation and their prices staying the same I definitely understand! Still a great buy and feeds my family well. I always see the older woman and she's hilarious and always friendly with me. I can see the age barrier from some of the reviews but she's not rude at all.
