Guys, My wife told me about desi fusion after seeing this post. Today, i had the pleasure of visiting them
Location : Very convenient. It is across Sutherland on zero st. It's in the parking lot of Cloud 9.
My Purchase: Samosa Chat Bombay Pav Bhaji Baingan Bhartha Butter Chicken French Fries with Peri Peri
Food: It smelt good. Reminded me of back home.
Menu has a good variety. All the food is homemade. It is fresh with fresh ingredients.
All the food which I bought tasted fresh. It had good flavor. The cook can customize the spice level without comprising flavor.
Flavor: Authentic Indian. I had set my expectation high. They did not disappoint. The samosa chat, Bombay pav bhaji tasted excellent. The baingan bhartha and butter chicken were on the milder side, which is how I wanted. Tge French fries with peri peri was out of this world.
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The owners Harry, Lucky and Nishu were pleasant to chat and I had a lovely conversation. It's a great atmosphere. They have a small area to sit down and enjoy the cuisine. Each one of the food which I ordered were Authentic and a pure delight.
All in all a beautiful experience. Thank you guys for starting this food truck.
5 stars all the way.
Everyone must enjoy this food truck...
Read moreI definitely judged a book by its cover… and I was so wrong! I stopped by this food truck during my lunch break today and ordered the lamb chops with rice. I've had this meal at other restaurants before, but nothing compares to what I had here.
The lamb chops were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and juicy. The rice was beautifully seasoned and paired perfectly with a creamy white sauce that brought the whole dish together. Every bite was a burst of flavor.
What really sealed the deal was the customer service. The owner greeted me with warmth and made me feel right at home. You can tell they truly care about their food and their customers.
Honestly, I would have regretted not stopping by. This was, hands down, the best lamb chops and rice I’ve ever had—anywhere, and I’ve done my fair share of traveling! Whether you like your food spicy or mild, they’ve got something for you.
If you're nearby, do yourself a favor and check them out. Your taste buds...
Read more*celiac friendly!!! They cook each order separately and can make sure no gluten is mixed into your dish, no separate deep frier but can make what I had. Finally, juicy butter chicken, not overcooked or dry!! The flavor is rich and not too hot, but it is still a great mix of spices and a hint of smoky flavor. If you want to try Indian food for the 1st time go here, and get butter chicken (creamy, tomatoe based sause with juicy chicken), biriani (fried rice), and samosas (deep fried pastry with potatoes, onion, and peas inside with mild spice you dip into mild dip/sause) if you have gluten issues or celiac you have to skip the samosa but get the other stuff! They are able to custom your food and leval of heat from mild, mild to really hot. I've been to many Indian restaurants, and this place is even better than many of the ones I've been to in big cities! Fresh ingredients and care will...
